Yeah, I just saw that. It was really bad. She was weird. She usaually comes off as somewhat intelligent, but it sounded like she had no clue as to what she was talking about. She kept describing hte camp as stupid things "lemonaid" and Paul had to interrupt and bring it back to some normal conversation. It was bad.

Does anyone know if she is still close to her neice. I know she doesn't (or used to not) speak to her brother, Eric Roberts, but I wondered if she still was snuggly with his daughter. In my mind I think not so much.

On Access Hollywood, Emma Roberts talked about visiting her Aunt Julia to see the new babies. So I guess she's close to them.

What I heard was that she came onto him but he didn't bite. After the movie (Ocean's 11?) wrapped up she said to him, "You know, you coulda had me!" and he off-handedly said, "I still could."

(The reason I have my doubts about this quote being true is that why would they ever have this exchange within hearing of a third party who would certainly repeat it? And why would either of them repeat it?)

Anyhow, that Julia, yeah, she's a lusty gal.

Wait a minute... I think the movie in question was actually The Mexican... Just not sure.

I think I read somewhere that she and Eric were on speaking terms again.

How long that will last is anyone's guess.

I never got the hate on FT. But I think I understand now. Today I saw her interviewed with Paul Newman on GMA Gah. She was embarrassing. From her open mouthed horse laugh to her arm cemented on Newman, it was just bad. She was so smarmily sweet to Newman. She talked about starring with him at one point, saying that he could play her boyfriend. Barf. If it were done in a funny way, that would have been one thing, but she was shamelessly kissing his old ass. She hardly looked at Diane she was so wrapped up with gazing at Gramps. Blech.

Yep, that is what squicks me out about her. She is so hilariously, unrepentantly Hollywood fake. She has unmoored herself so completely from the whole reality thing that no normal person could relate.
