Paris Hilton is one of those people who thinks like a nonviolent criminal in that she is self-centered, can easily justify her actions, and couldn't care less about hurting others. There is no such thing as a moral quandary as far as she's concerned. Luck and circumstances allow her to freely live her life this way. Maybe her luck will run out eventually but, being white and wealthy, she probably doesn't have too much to worry about.

And she was arrested a second time for possession in 2010. I wonder if she's still on probation? If she really had anything to do with trafficking millions of dollars worth of coke from her house, she is a much bigger idiot than I thought. |

The sad thing about Paris is that being released from jail was one of the happiest moments of her life, not so much because she was finally free, but because of the ridiculous amount of attention she received. Helicopters, international press coverage, crowds of admirers, shouting and catcalls -- the works! She was downright euphoric. Since then the level of interest in her has dwindled down to almost nothing, which means she can never be that happy again. Even if she were arrested for something as deliciously scandalous as cocaine trafficking, she still wouldn't receive the kind of attention she did back then. America's been over her for quite a while now to the point where that not-so-old footage looks bizarre in retrospect. What were we thinking?! Why did we care?! |

Honestly, watching her on later shows made me wonder if she was a sociopath. She really doesn't seem to have any ability to comprehend other's emotions.
