It's not about the gift, it's that someone thought enough about you to give you "something". In this case, things signed by FUBAR are still worth something, tainted as his rep may have been. And the fact that they actually knew this man and interacted with him in his lifetime should hold some sentimental value. And she's over 30 AND cameras are rolling. Is she really so removed from decent humanity that she can't at least PRETEND to be gracious about a gift from her own mother? A gift that again, does have both monetary and sentimental value? SHEEZ.

Pardon me for getting political in this thread- but this is why things like Romney's 47% speech will always send me into white hot ragey rage. For all the talk about the poor expecting handouts and feeling "Entitled" to things like food and basic health care when they "did nothing"* (his words not mine- most poor folks work extremely hard all their lives and still wind up screwed over) to earn it. There are always these ridiculously ENTITLED rich snots who literally did NOTHING to earn the astounding priviledge they enjoy but don't even appreciate.

Paris did nothing to earn her station beyond being born into a family of extreme wealth who then dropped the ball of teaching her any manners. Her sister seems to have managed to figure somethings out about life on her own, but Paris remains the YUCK.

I'm not nearly as shocked about her horrid AIDS remarks as I am that anyone was around her to hear them. How does she have ANY friends? Even sycophants must get sick of her pretty quickly.

Nicky just got engaged into an old money billionaire family. Wonder if this puts the marriage in jeopardy. Probably not. She partied hard like Paris, but kept most of her antics out of the tabloids.
