But Paris wasn't in PRISON .. big difference between that and a county jail. I blame the sheriff above all else. The lawyers are paid to get her out, of course SHE wants to get out, and her family wants her out - since when does a sheriff LISTEN? True about the sheriff; he should have just told her to tough it out. My hope for Paris is that she lives to be a very old lady and becomes a shadow of herself (which ain't saying much).

Whoever runs against the sheriff in the next election needs to remember this incident!!!
Also, the Hilton family still doesn't get it!
Also, this made me lose respect for Dog and his wife!

EXACTLY. A NORMAL person would feel lucky and blessed to have gotten out of something like this relatively unscathed, without harming another person. I said it before, but take it from me, what you DO is suck it up and realize that you made a gigantic mistake for which you must be punished, take your punishment, and use it as a learning experience for the future. Was any of it fun? Hell no. Was it stressful and upsetting? Hell yes. Did I do it anyway? Of course.
I heard some dude on the Today show this morning saying that NOBODY gets 43 days for violation of probation on a DUI charge. My brother got 55 days of work release for the exact same thing in Texas several years ago. He was terrified, had never been in that situation before, etc. But he went and took his punishment. He said it was horrible every single day and everyone including the guards gave him major shit because he is a hairstylist. But he sucked it up and did his time. All of this "nervous breakdown" shit just really pisses me off. It's ridiculous.

Shut up Dog The Bounty Hunter! You notice how only other "celebrities" are sticking up this twit. I hope they put her skinny, saggy ass back in jail and they double her time.

Someone needs to pay for a full page "We Hate Paris" ad. I'm envisioning a stand-off between the two factions, a la Bye-Bye, Birdie![/] ("We hate you Paris, oh yes we do/We don't hate anyone like we hate you..."). I wish I lived in LA just so I could have the opportunity to jeer her in the streets.
Seriously, though, I hope the Hiltons are blackballed by society on all levels. But more than anything, I hope the judge and prosecutor succeed in landing this stupid bint back in jail, with no special privileges.

Good Lord! It isn't just a traffic offense! And it wasn't her first offense. I haven't followed her closely, but didn't she get a DUI, get her license suspended, then get another DUI while driving on a suspended license? And then claim she didn't know her license was suspended even though she had the documentation re: the suspension in the vehicle she was driving? This is a constant and blatant flaunting of the law, as well as a knowing and intentional endangering of the lives of others. 45 days to serve 23 is a just punishment!

I can't wait for the next chapter in this story. EVERYONE is talking about it....even sports talk radio. The world has united in Paris Hatred.
It's really quite lovely.

What if Paris tries fleeing the country? (because spending any more time in jail would just be too much of a burden!!!) Heh heh heh. Then again, she'd probably have it just as hard. I can't think of any other country that would be as tolerant of The Blonde for Whom All Blonde Jokes were Created. And she wouldn't like being away from the sordid and trashy lure of Hollywood.
Yeah, I know she won't actually flee the country because of this, but it's funny to think about.
