For her sake I hope she's at least a joy to work with now and has grown out of her sourness and meanness which she exhibited on Roswell, especially to Emilie de Ravin. Elaborate, please? I heard about her being late to the set and pretty much trash-talking the show, but I never heard about any cattiness between the two. Of course, the set in general seemed to be brimming with prima donnas, so I shouldn't be surprised. I never liked Emilie on the show (once again, dumb Liz Parker fangirl), but it couldn't have been easy to walk on to a set where so many of the actors seemed like immature jerks. Eek.

Wasn't there some kind of fan campaign to try and get Emilie deported? Some of those Liz/Max shippers were insane. Back to topic...KH looks gorgeous in the Vanity Fair spread. I especially love this one.

Emilie answered a question about this in a interview once Lost took off. She basically said that when she entered the show, none of her castmates were welcoming or nice to her. She also said that the three main female leads- Appleby, Heigel, and Delfino- were really quite mean to her and went out of their way to be such. She said that it didn't bother her that much because when she was a ballet dancer in Australia she had learned to deal with the catty dancers who put straight pins in others toe shoes.

She looks like a mixture of Ashley Judd and Charlize Theron. Also, when watching Knocked Up, I drove myself crazy trying to figure out where I'd heard her voice before. So, yeah, to me, derivative. Totally.

I think she's really cute, and I have a soft spot for her for being so defensive of T.R. Knight during the whole Isaiah Washington incident.

I thought it was great that she defended T.R. at first. IW is egotistical jerk and I know I would have been pissed if one my friends was insulted and humiliated like T.R. was. But she wouldn't shut up about it even after T.R said what he had to say and made it clear he wanted to move on from the incident. Once T.R. did that she should have kept her mouth shut. Instead she talked about it even more (especially during Knocked Up press time). Now I'm sure the reporters asked her. But is it really that hard to say, "T.R. has said his piece about that whole incident and just wants to move on. I'm going to respect that." Instead we get statements froms her declaring how amazing she is because she got IW to feel bad and how he's thanked for pointing out his evil ways. The cynical part of wonders if after awhile it became more about insuring she got some guaranteed press and not defending her friend.

Doesn't matter if she bites the hand or not, she isn't going to have a career much longer anyway. Too many people hate her, she needs to play villains to survive, but Hollywood will put her in a romantic comedy where she falls down and then she will disappear.
My opinion, of course. I hate her as an actress.

I'm just watching The View (now that Elisabitch is on spawn leave) and Babs has Katherine on as one of the top ten most fascinating people of the year. What. The. Hell? If Babs chose her because of the whole T.R./Isaiah gay bashing thing, wouldn't it be more logical to pick T.R. or Isaiah? Apart from being a good friend of T.R. Knight and a fairly decent actress, I find nothing fascinating about this woman.
