I can't believe he thought badmouthing Kiefer Sutherland would be a smart move. And seriously? He was ready to quit the business because of a bad experience with a co-worker? I mean, what if everyone who had a bad experience working with his wife has quit the business? Obviously Susan Lucci didn't do that.

I know this is an unpopular opinion, and I should preface this by saying that I agree what he said was absolutely unprofessional, but I still found it refreshing. Don't we always say during those on-carpet appearances or whatever: "Wouldn't it be amazing if these celebs actually shared how they really feel about their co-stars?" Freddie did it - and again, it's not something I'd do, and I get why he's taking heat - but part of me thinks it's awesome. I work in the business and omg, some of these celebs are total assholes, and if one wants to call the other out for it, far be it from me to criticize it. I think KS is probably a decent guy but he's a notorious drunk, and if that affected FPJ's working environment, then I'm sure it did suck. Would I have announced it to the press? No. But oh well.

I mean, what if everyone who had a bad experience working with his wife has quit the business? What a baby. I've had horrible work environments because of an awful coworker, in fact, one coworker can make the whole thing toxic. During that time in my life, i was constantly angry, short-tempered, impatient with my friends and family. The environment I was dealing with at work, seeped into my private life, i hated who I had become all because of work. Add to the fact that FPJ's dad committed suicide (didn't he?), i could see why he was being over dramatic about "quitting" the business. Maybe FPJ, just didn't want to be ever put in a position where he thinks suicide is an option, so you extricate yourself from that situation. Kind of like how my grandfather had a heart attack at a young age, my dad decided to eat healthier so as not to have the same outcome as my grandfather (his dad). Again, not saying I support his badmouthing of a former coworker, but if KS was horrible to work with (not that I believe it), i could see why FPJ felt the way he felt.

I liked it too. From the sounds of it, it's no secret that Keifer's a total pain in the ass, and I'm glad someone said it out loud. I'm always delighted to hear about celebrities being jerks--it's so fourth-wall. That said, it sucks that someone like Clooney can bag on Gwyneth without repercussions from the media and his peers while a guy like FPJr does it and is suddenly Facebook "trending" because he dare speak ill of someone who outranks him professionally. But, full disclosure, I've loved SMG since "Swan's Crossing" so will defend FPJr by proxy until I die, or until they divorce. Then you're dead to me, Prinze Jr.

I have a supervisor who has run people out of our department because of his behavior. Employees have transferred to other cities, stepped down to a previous position (lateral move, just different work station), and refuse to work for the day in our office because he's there. When I went to management about this supervisor, I told them that if I'd known what I would have to deal with his bullshit, I would never have transferred there. So yeah, it happens.

This is similar to my current job at a private practice with a new office supervisor (from Hell). I honestly thing that when she goes to another practice (and I think she will based on her job history of not staying anywhere more than 3-4 years), there will be an entirely new office staff and the only constant will be the doctors.

I had no idea that Kiefer Sutherland had so many fans. He's a notorious asshole and alcoholic. I don't know why people are acting shocked/put out that someone said it in public, even if it's someone lower on the Holloywood totem pole.

I was more or less neutral on Freddie as I hadn't heard much about him. As for his wife I remember hearing rumors of SMG and Susan Lucci not getting along on the All My Children set. This was way back before TMZ, so I figured the story had to be serious if it got out (and even I had heard it). ;)I suspect that SMG wasn't the 100% innocent victim in that feud, although I don't have any proof. The word was that Susan disliked Sarah because 1. she was younger and Susan was having a hard time dealing with aging on a soap and 2. Sarah won an Emmy the year Susan wasn't nominated (and this was after 13 straight nominations- and losses.)

You never know who's an alcoholic these days you know. I think Freddie got what he wanted by talking about Keifer, he got attention.

It was a shame that she let such insecurity get to her for she was obviously one of the marquee stars of AMC (until the very end). I did a Google search yesterday and apparently she hasn't let bygones be bygones all these years later. The whole thing stuck in my mind because I don't remember hearing about any other sort of behind the scenes feud on a soap like that at the time (and I bet that some actors didn't get along with everybody or anybody).
