I agree with the older women thing. He really needs to stop trying to flirt so hard. He tried to do it to Beyonce once and she looked so uncomfortable. It's creepy and not cute, like he and his people seem to think. No grown woman outside of the Mary Kay Letourneau set wants to be flirted to by a toddler. Yeah, that MTV clip with Rihanna, where he asks to kiss her? She looked awkward as hell. I think she was afraid he was going to do a Adrien Body on her. But I can't help but laugh at his Beyonce thing. It's just on the borderline between cute and creepy.

He's purposely annoying the DJ in that clip and totally acting his age. I have a 15-year-old son and recognize the smile/hair flip/short answer routine, especially when talking about girls. Talking about crushing on older women is probably his way of avoiding the reality of actually dating a girl.

I find him extremely offputting and annoying. He gives off such a smug vibe. Really can't wait until his 15 minutes are over.

Unfortunately, I don't think the 15 minutes concept of fame really exists anymore....every Z-lister has ways of staying "relevant" these days, be it through Twitter or having a personal group of paparazzi following every step or by having a boring reality tv show. Somehow the most annoying celebs don't fall off the radar anymore like they used to in the 80s and 90s.... I still haven't listened to a full song by Justin. I'm sure I'm missing out.

It kind of sounds like his voice hasn't cracked yet. I'm wondering if that's why he can sing...for now. I wonder what will happen after it cracks. I really hate that "Oh baby" song. I'm not even sure what the title is. I just hear "oh baby...oh baby..." and then Ludacris comes in and says something. Then it's "oh baby...oh baby...." I watched the "Baby" video to try to understand the appeal of Justin Bieber. I think a more apt comparison would be to a prepubescent Michael Jackson (before he became CEMJ) rather than to Justin Timberlake. It'd be interesting to see what happens after his voice changes. There has to be something with this kid if 1) Usher and J. Timberlake battled to sign him and 2) Ludacris made an appearance on one of his tracks. Oh, and he totally looks like he is 13-years-old.

When I watch clips of a small Michael Jackson, I can clearly see how he became a star and why he appealed to so many people. With Justin Bieber it's really hard for me to get. But it does seem that Usher has predicted correctly....for now.

I've never seen one video, or heard him sing one note, and I just. don't. get. it. He looks 10. Not 13. Or 15. 10. 1-0 Are they giving him shots to stunt his growth? Going by the bazillion pics I've seen of him, he has zero charisma or charm. His "style" is atrocious. The bad swept-over bob. The baggy/thuggish clothes. All terrible. And girls are fainting and stampeding over that? Jebus. [ ] I must really be getting old. At least Usher had abs at 16. This kid looks like he should be selling me a Pokemon toy in a commercial.

He's 5'3". Come on, tweens of the world. You can SO do better than that.
I never thought the day would come when I would think back on the Brothers Jonai with fondness.

I think it's great that there's a male idol for tweens who isn't sporting a six pack or look/is 25. Kids should be fans of kids. I don't understand why Bieber is criticized for looking so young, when Miley is criticized for looking or acting too old for her fans.
