Well, next week is the season finale, so let's hope that we will see it again in the Fall. Great episode tonight, I have to give the producers of this show credit for listening to the viewers and adjusting the stories accordingly. The only thing missing was shirtless Hawley.

I liked all the callbacks to the pilot with Abbie being the one out of her element. Though it might be a little more difficult for her being both brown and female. (and from the future)
Well, Katrina is way better at being evil. In a way I'm happy for her because it's got to be frustrating being Fumbelina Fuckup all the time.

I really thought Abbie was going to deck those soldiers. Thankfully, she didn't.

AHHHH! Finally! Ding Dong the Henry's Dead!! Good riddance not only to pure evil but to the lamest plot device ever created! Oh, and were we supposed to feel sad at the end there? Heh, good luck with that, Show!
This one was AWESOME!! Although I did think everyone was being a little overdramatic at the beginning- the pay off at the end was totally worth it! I LOVED Irving and Jenny running around with all their weapondry. It's just too bad they were on opposite sides for most of the chase. It was still cool. I love Irving's Katana and hope he keeps that in his arsenal even as a good guy now. I guess he's ok. I was worried after Jenny shot him IN THE CHEST! But either, he gets a do over for living because of magic (See also SPN) OR being as armoured up as he was that included Kevlar so he's mearly bruised not actually shot. Eh, I won't worry about it for now. He's breathing and seems to be finally out of Henry's spell!
Now, he did seem to hint something about his wife and child being witches. Is he a witch too? That would be an interesting twist! Though hopefully they are all good witches and none of them are as lame as Katrina.
I'd been saying forever that the best thing that could happen was for her character to just go evil. Well, she went evil and it turned out she was still lame! At least until the very end. Now that Henry's gone, she seems less lame. It was her constant wibbling over him that was just about the worst. Still, even gone evil she didn't really start kicking ass until the very end... and unfortunately it was Ichabod and Abbie's asses she kicked. But her actions, for once, worked as they were supposed to and made sense. I mean, what she's done is terrible for the good guys- but it does make sense for her own selfish evil means- so I must begrudgingly salute her efforts, even as I want her now to fail.
I LOVED the call back to the first episode but in reverse with poor Abbie now the time traveler and in the opposite direction. Very unfortunately, Crane's time is not a good place for Abbie to be AT ALL! I think she's at least got some options though. Yes, she's asked for Crane which is a good start- But the Crane she's asked for will not be as in the know as the Crane from her time. But still- he ggggGrandma is around in this time- and runs a safe house for 'fugitives' So she has options to save own stunning ass.
And hopefully she can get some help soon. I know the soldiers are thinking she's a runaway- but if they investigate her too much she may get burned as a witch on top of everything. Forget the cell phone in her pocket- I don't think zippers had been invented yet. So her own awesome fashion sense may be her doom!! Wait a minute, never mind. If Katrina can sport that hair color, I reckon Abbie can have a zippered jacket... for now.
And also, Irving may help in the future now that he's a good guy again. (I'm pretty sure... Better be!)
Jenny should probably put her Medusa head away now. Or will it be needed in the near future? Hmmm...

So far, pretty good. Love Abbie pointing out all the future Starbucks locations. Oops, I don't think he was supposed to kill Franklin!

I legit screamed "Good Lord, they killed Ben Franklin!" And to tell you how inept Katrina is, she never thought about Grace until she saw them walking there.
Abbie kicking that no name general's ass was great.

Yes! Finally! Ghost Henry/Jeremy showing up was a bit too Evil Obi-Wan, but I still cheered.
I also cheered when Abbie kicked that creepy dude's butt too!
The ending really felt like a series finale, though; I sincerely hope not.

I really hope it is renewed as well, but yea, the ending felt like a series ending, this must have been hard for the cast to film knowing that is a possibility. This episode was the best in forever. Please Fox give it another chance.

To me it only felt like a series finale because they tried to tie up all the loose ends. And I'm guessing they tried to tie everything up because they know what a clusterfuck season two was and they are trying to wipe the slate clean so they can start over. The final scene was the only four characters the viewers care about moving forward, leaving the crap everyone hated behind.
