Not a fan of the dress and she looks uncomfortable in it.

She sounds pretty articulate there- I was pleasantly surprised.

I hate to sound cynical, but, I'm going to sound cynical. So many Hollywood actresses that are around 40 suddenly seem to discover the misogyny of the entertainment industry. Rose was never at the top of the A list but she had a respectable acting career as a hot young thing. Now the roles are drying up, as they do for most women her age, and suddenly it's all, "Fuck this industry!" It just completely reeks of sour grapes as opposed to actually taking a stand against sexism. She seemed fine with it* when she benefited from it. And yes, the industry sucks for women, it's loaded with misogyny, I'm not saying that it isn't. But to turn a blind eye to misogyny when you're young and then call it out when you're older is disingenuous.
This is why I have a lot of respect for Emma Watson. Emma is a hot young thing right now, she knows that calling herself a feminist could lead to a lot of backlash and alienation of teenage and 20 something guys, and yet she still does it. She went to college when she could have been making Transformers-esque movies that would have netted her tons of money (though with Harry Potter I'm sure she's not hurting for cash). She makes speeches in front of the UN when most young actresses only want magazine covers and makeup endorsements. I have a lot more admiration for someone like that as opposed to women like Rose, who suddenly discover feminism once sexism no longer benefits them.
*Edit: I just read the interview again. "Fine" is the wrong word, since she did say that she hated the misogyny when it was taking place, but she did seem to tolerate it in the interest of having a career. And I get that, because Hollywood is insanely competitive and if you want a career as an actress you do what you need to do, but I still think it sucks that young women are expected to put up with this and only call out Hollywood when they're older. If you're that passionate about women's rights, then do something about it when you're young.

But this is a journey that many women take. I turned a blind eye to misogyny when I was young only to finally wake up in my late 30's when I realized how badly that blindness hurt me. I don't think my newfound feminism was disingenuous because my particular circumstances and upbringing didn't allow for me become a feminist at a younger age. You may or may not be right about RG's initial career motivations, but either way, I don't think she's faking her feminism. I think she's felt the sting of misogyny her entire life (including her time as a child in a cult) and has finally matured enough to understand it and express her feelings about it.

I think Emma Watson's Harry Potter money has a lot to do with it her current activities, frankly. Which is fine, I don't discount what she's doing or belittle it. But having money in the bank sure makes it easier to follow your passions.
