Every time I see him I think "smarmy bastard".

Every time I see him I think "smarmy bastard". He's nasty. In 1992, he almost hit me with his car; he was driving a convertible, blasting music and had some bimbo in the car, and he said to me, "Sorry baby."

His complete lack of humour in relation to his Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch years has always confirmed his tool-ishness to me. A thousand times this. As Michael K once said, he needs to build an altar to "Good Vibrations" and worship it every day, because without it he'd be nothing.

Neurochick, that story is awesome. I was totally imaging him blaring "Good Vibrations" on his stereo as it's happening.

It wasn't "Good Vibrations" but it was some other stupid 90's rap tune, this was in either 1992 or 1993. But he was driving around like he wanted people to look at him. I mean it was in midtown Manhattan and there he was driving a white convertible, top down and blasting music. Klassy.

To paraphrase Amber Waves, "THIS is a giant dick."

I can't think of "Good Vibrations" without thinking of Blades of Glory.

Not quite a my quotes were taken out of context explanation, but apparently it was the reporter's fault for asking him questions about 9/11 when all he wanted to do was promote his movie! Now I haven't read the whole interview but unless the reporter specifically asked him if he thinks he could stop 9/11 that is b.s. Even if he did ask him that it would not have been entirely out of line seeing as how he has made comments about how he would have fought back on the plane before.

I wish I would meet him just so I could call him Marky Mark several times to his face and really irritate him. Although he'd probably take my eye out for it.

Someone on the old boards posted that he or she liked to watch Mark Wahlberg movies and say, "Cmon feel it, feel it" and other "Good Vibrations" lyrics during pauses in his dialogue, just because he's so dismissive of his rap background. Always makes me laugh.
I think he is a total douche but also a tiny bit hot. I'm ashamed.
