Celine Dion reveals details of Caesars Palace return to Oprah Winfrey

Superstar Celine Dion has made it official this morning that she's coming back to Caesars Palace in a new $100 million deal for 70 music concerts a year for three years starting March 15, 2011.

Tickets should go on sale this Friday for the first set of shows. Dates for the follow-up shows have not yet been released, and Dion and husband and manager Rene Angelil said they will be set around their 9-year-old son Rene-Charles' school schedule so that Celine doesn't miss any of those responsibilities. That might be possible by following the example set by Garth Brooks in his contract with hotel mogul Steve Wynn at the Encore Theater in the Wynn.

Wow. I never saw her show when she was on their the first time around. I'm kinda curious to check it out. If Kathy Griffin thinks it's fabulous, it must be.

But if she's planning on having kids again, how does this work?

I remember reading when her show ended that she was looking forward to returning to Florida, putting her son in school and having another baby. Now she is moving back to Vegas? Interesting.

Another baby? She's 41 and had to struggle hard to have the first pregnancy. I think she's in a bit of denial, especially judging from that quote about how it's her lucky number so it will work this time.

I don't blame her for moving to Vegas! I looove Vegas.

She's only 14 weeks along? Man, I would not be announcing this to the world if I were her given her history. I hope they make it to full term but, yeah, this brings out the paranoia in me.

Celine Dion gave birth to twin boys today ... a rep for the singer tells TMZ.

We're told she gave birth at 11:11 AM -- and then again at 11:12 AM -- at St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL.

One boy was 5 pounds, 4 ounces -- the other was 5 pounds, 10 ounces. We're told they are “100% healthy but will be in an incubator for a few days.”

Nice sized babies. Now we wait for the important part - names! Probably French.. which is good.
