No, he and his band were never very good, and, let me tell you, I go to sites where many of the posters have been to one or more of his concerts and they talk 99 % about what a good time they had drinking with each other and how great it was to meet each other and the remaining 1 % about the band's performances. And when they mention him, in regard to the Chicago concerts, it's about how bad he looked with his Dutch Boy bob and about his drinking wine onstage and then claiming to be on the wagon. This breakup with the band is just the latest in a long string of alienations which he himself has caused.
