When is Jamie-Lynne due? Seems like just yesterday she announced the pregnancy. Either she waited a long time to announce it or they had the shower awfully early.

I think it seems like she's been pregnant forever. Apparently she announced it at Thanksgiving, and she's not due til July? Damn, she didn't waste time telling her mother... did she call her up the night of conception?

Insert the POOR THING comment there. As for pimping out the baby shower - every time I think that family can't get any lower, they tumble down another flight of stairs in my book. |

I think it is appalling that the baby shower was pimped out to OK magazine. Especially under the circumstances of her being only 16. Ofcourse the story was sensationalised even more that big sis Brits was there for the occasion and they had not seen each other in so long blah, blah, blah. I think with the group photo it does not even look like JL. I had to look at it quite a few times to convince myself. They have made her up to look much older (I wonder why...) and the fact she normally wears glasses and isn't in this photo. Hopefully the fee JL was paid for the shoot will go to the baby's college fund. Yeah right.....  |

While I'm not of the mind set that young, unmarried, pregnant women should be hidden away, I also don't think we need to be glorifying teenage pregnancy with a baby shower photo spread in a major publication.

Well, this is the Spears family we are talking about. I think the best we can hope for is that they set some of it aside to pay for some night-school GED prep classes and a study guide.

It's sick that they are promoting this baby shower. My younger sister loves Zoey. What a horrible example to her.

I think it's hilarious that they stick a terrible looking, shell of her former self Britney on the end of that shower picture. No wonder they were so anxious to get her to the shower - pictures for the magazine! They are doing NOTHING to redeem their reputation as a bunch of greedy nutjobs.
Just wait until they take the pictures of a plaintive, slightly lobotomized looking Britney holding the new baby girl.
