I didn't like Moore as Bond as at all, he couldn't intimidate my cat. I also liked George Lazenby, wish he would have been given more of a chance.

Aren't there new rumours of Idris Elba being the next Bond? Well that's what Amy Pascal wanted according to the leaked emails but given the shit that's hit the fan, her opinion is probably moot right now. Not to mention that Craig still has another film left after Spectre and at the rate it's taking them to churn out Bond films, Elba would be be getting a bit old to take over the franchise. |

Finally got around to watching Spectre and holy crap was it bad. I think I'd rank it as worse than Quantum of Solace. From the shitty Sam Smith opening to the terrible plot and lifeless acting from everyone.
The cast is gold on paper but was completely wasted and all of them looked bored and just over it. The blonde girl lead had zero chemistry with Craig and what little there was of her part was so badly written I wanted to throw things at the TV.
Ugh. They can't let Craig's Bond go out with such a shitshow but given how terrible this one was(and from his interviews, it sounds like it was a terrible experience as an actor), I wouldn't be surprised if they rebooted just to wipe it all clean.

Oh you read my mind, just came here to post the same thing what a disappointment and they should have used Radiohead's Bond song. What a waste of talent across the board.

I haven't seen anything since Quantum of Solace. That was a huge disappointment after Casino Royale, and I just haven't been motivated to watch one since.
