Yeah, I wasn't quite sure who they were, then I realized they were all wearing the gray school sweaters. I kind of love that they are going there. War is serious business, kids. People die, children die. Where is the freakin' trailer? Crap! That post got deleted for some reason. Do you remember the source site, or any place where I may be able to see it? Aw, crud. I'm looking for it. I'm guessing it wasn't supposed to be leaked so all the usual suspects don't have it, but I'm sure someone out there did a "right click, save" on it.

I would watch the shit out of "The Aurors," Babycakes! Here's a new deleted scene from DH Part 1! Ron and Hermione skip rocks.[/color] Nothing much happens, but it's an adorable character moment. I love them.

Anyone have a different link? It's been removed. What is it about?

Anyone have a different link? It's been removed. What is it about? It was the immediate aftermath of Dobby's burial. Harry is interrogating Olivander about wands. It was kinda jarring, because the music didn't sound finished for the scene, and Harry outright threatens to kill Voldemort, something I don't think he outright said in the book. Stop him and defeat him? Yes. "Kill him before he kills me."? No. I didn't care for that line at.all. Ron and Hermione are in the background, sans wounds, and silent. I'm hoping that isn't the final cut of that scene.

Thanks, kostgard! I do hate that they cut the Dudley/Petunia scenes. They showed tremendous character development in just a few lines. I also think the scene with the trio in the tent would've gone a long way toward explaining Ron's reaction to the locket, the reason why the snatchers are able to find the trio (the taboo on Voldemort's name), and how Ron becomes suspicious of what Harry and Hermione are doing behind his back. The skipping stones scene also accomplishes a lot in not much time: Ron's missing home and worrying about his family with the radio; Ron and Hermione's flirtation; Harry's jealousy of them; the Aberforth connection with the mirror. Don't the producers understand that we'd rather have a movie than runs a little longer and makes more sense than a shorter movie with lots of loose ends? Speaking of, David Heyman announced at CinemaCon that DH2 will be the shortest of all the films.
