I don't like the movie's Umbridge. Not how I pictured her at all. She ought to look much more toadlike. Yeah, that's how I pictured because that's how she was described in the book. I mean, come on!!! lol. eta: The twins are looking really rough in that group photo. |

I found the physical description of Umbridge in the book cartoonish and a lazy way for JKR to telegraph negative character traits (which would be fine were the book strictly for kids, but the series aspires to be something more), so her relatively realistic look for the film pleases me.
The twins look 30 and I see hair and makeup has found yet another way to make Neville look goofy. When the actor slimmed down after PS/SS, they stuck cotton balls in his mouth, then it was fake teeth and now they're resorting to Hitler hair. I guess they've got to sell Harry as the alpha male of Hogwarts somehow.
