An amazing actor. I love him in anything because he always gives his best. Everybody goes through a crazy time but he has matured and come out on top, I can't believe he is 40 years old and still looks so amazing.

Yeah. It's kind of odd that his two "big" romances prior to Vanessa Paradis were to women that have definitely not gotten their shit together: Winona Ryder and Kate Moss.

You know, I get the impression that Johnny was more in love with Winona and Kate than they were with him. I think they both dumped him (although Kate *really* regretted it later). But I'm not so sure about Vanessa. She gushes about him like she's totally devoted to him and can't live without him, but he only talks about her as the mother of his children. I'd like to hear him say sometime what he loves about Vanessa unrelated to her being his broodmare.
Speaking of which, Vanessa wrote a sweet article for a French magazine, 20 things she admires about Johnny. She talks a lot about his good taste in music, literature, architecture. She said she likes his temper because it's straightforward. "If he doesn't like something, he breaks it." She says he knows a lot more about French history than she does because, as he says, she "has a head like a strainer".

This wouldn't happen to be online, would it?

At the Deppography forum in the "Daily News" thread somebody scanned it and did a rough translation.

This doesn't make sense. If he had a head like a strainer (allegorically speaking) then knowledge would fall out of it like water from freshly-cooked spaghetti. Maybe the translation was bad.

No, it's "she" who has "a head like a strainer."
Topic? Yeah. He's hot.

Yeah, he says *she* has a head like a strainer (although now that I think about it, he probably used the expression "head like a sieve"). So I guess her ability to retain information is not what he loves about her.
