Yes, Showgirls may be one of the best bad movies ever made. Or if you're looking for some Roman-era camp, I can recommend Caligula. Notable actors in this flaming trainwreck include Peter O'Toole and Malcolm McDowell-- in a performance where he not only attempts to chew all scenery, but possibly, the world. Plus, I think Gore Vidal wrote the screenplay. You can rent the R version, or the X version which includes some lovely midget porn, a random full-on lesbian sex scene, brother-sister loving, and a large mass orgy. No, really.
Seriously. Alexander had the potential to suck as hard as Caligula, but it tried to go the epic without being bombastic route and just... failed. Which speaks greatly of Mr. Stone's incompetence, because... C'mon! It's Alexander!! He's an interesting historical figure in an interesting time! How hard is it to fuck something like that up?
