Saw it over the weekend, and laughed a lot. A lot of funny poeple making the funny. Mario Cantone, Chuck McCann and George Carlin were my favorites.
Anybody else?

From what I understand, it opened in NYC and LA a few weeks ago and then opened wider this past weekend. I really want to see this but now that I know Mario Cantone is in it - ugh! I hate that guy.

I sort of want to see it but I worry it will get boring. Is it boring to hear variations on the same joke over and over again? I would think it would be but if their variations are all so different, it could be funny. I guess.
I think it's playing here in Chicago but only at the theatre where I've had to sit just a few rows behind a stinky homeless person the last few times I've been there so I might be skipping it and renting it later on.

It's also playing in Highland Park. Unfortunately, this is yet another movie that isn't playing in the western or southern suburbs of Chicago--like only people in the northern suburbs are "hip" enough to see an arthouse movie (a pet peeve of mine).

True, but as someone who lives in a western suburb in Cook County, I'm still irritated I would have to go downtown or the North suburbs to see The Aristocrats. As someone who's more liberal than DuPage County denizens, I'd be amused to see how the movie would go over there. |

I got it in my town -- loved it.
Who knew Bob Saget could be so funny?
How about Eric Cartman's version?
Billy the Mime?
Although, I still have to note Mr. Wolf's reaction to Carrot Top (whom Mr. Wolf HATES)..."it's not a prop act, is it?"...reaction: priceless.
Or the guy with the cards? Absolutely brilliant.

Saw it last night (who knew it'd get to a red state?), and I just have to say, ladies, don't wear any eye makeup when you see this or it will be all over your face! I liked the "unconventional" versions -- the mime, the card guy (impressive!), and the sort of variations on the jokes.
Did Drew Carey get a reaction from any other audiences? You could hear a pin drop in my theater when he was onscreen, but I live in Cleveland (I think there's some Drew-hate around here for some reason).
