I don't think it was the best judgment for her to get pregnant with Heath 5 minutes after they started dating, particularly as it does not appear he was at all ready at that point in his life to be a stable parent, however loving he may have been.

But at least that decision can be chalked up to carefree youth. And in retrospect, it says something that a 3 year relationship with a guy who wound up dying of an overdose can still go down in the record books as her most successful relationship.

Reading this made me cringe, mainly because I figured Tommy Kail must have cheated on his wife with Michelle. ALSO this mess of a woman is announcing an engagement while she’s still married.

People Mag broke this with a verrrrry posed looking pap photo, so I think her camp arranged this. (I just looked at the photo again, it’s hysterical. She’s holding onto a coffee cup with her left hand perfectly posed to show off the engagement ring.) Golden Globes are this weekend and she’s nominated. She’s probably showing so they leaked the story to avoid too many questions.

Which is an actor's way of saying they got pregnant because they weren't using birth control, but are portraying the unplanned pregnancy as the mystical result of their overpowering passion.

Terry Gilliam is a raging fucktard who courted miles of publicity off of Heath's death and the havoc of "Dr. Parnassus" so anything he had to say about Michelle's influence on Heath's accidental overdose is bullshit. This is a very unfortunate turn of events. The NYC theater community is very tight and I imagine they've been on fire with this. Lin-Manuel Miranda still has the reputation of the nicest man on Bwy and he and Kail go back to college together. It's going to be hard for her not to get a homewrecker label, even while no one knows the truth except Kail and his wife. And I definitely side eye her for doing this with a tween/teen. As a single mom I've turned myself inside out to protect my kid from everything in my personal life, so that might be a sense of martyrdom talking, but I judge it.

Slightly OT but I follow Busy Phillips on IG, and man, that woman is very proud of herself. I'm really turned off by her arrogance. I used to enjoy seeing her as Michelle's plus one, but now I just see her as insufferable.

I used to enjoy Busy, too, but then I watched a few eps of her short-lived talk show and that feeling went away.

I don't find Busy to be arrogant, but I also don't follow her on instagram. I find her to be very loud and not someone I can tolerate in anything other than extremely small doses.

Terry Gilliam has completely lost the plot as shown by his comments about Black Panther (disliking the movie is one thing, being pissed off because "It gives young black kids the idea that this is something to believe in" is another -- I won't take any bets on whether he was equally angry about young white kids watching Lord of the Rings or the Narnia movies).

On the topic of Michelle, she's pushing 40... you would think that her choices would get LESS messy as she grows older but it seems to have gone in the opposite direction.
