While that trailer looks kinda nice I'm still not sure if I can stomach what looks like eight episodes of SatC in a row. This is like the Spice Girls comeback, nice but unnecessary.

ITA solly. I'm sure it's pleasant, coupla cute callbacks to the series and what looks like bizarre fashion choices, but a few years too late. Maybe a rental.

I'm just wondering what the story is supposed to be in this one. Ok, they have Jennifer Hudson in there now but what is she, Anne Hathaway's character in The Devil Wears Prada? And it seems as if there'll be at least one lengthy scene with the four of them remembering the entire TV show. I bet that there wron't be too many viewers who weren't fans of the show so a scene like that is just a complete filler.
Argh, I'm really torn. I loved the early seasons and part of the later ones but I guess I'll wait for the DVD of the movie...

To me, SATC is like Pizza. Even when it is bad it is still good. I cannot wait for the movie.

That was the thing that bugged me the most about Carrie and SJP. It came across as so shallow, the way she would be typing, and then pause - smooth some lip chap on her lips - continue typing. Or pause - look wistfully at the snow globe on the shelf - continue typing. Or pause - reflectively take a sip of tea - continue typing, while that voice over shrilled on about whatever. Who the hell does that in real life? Annoying, fake, badly acted by SJP and self centered. But I'm still going to see this movie. Boyfriend said he would even go with me.

Carrie was such a crappy writer. The cliches! The "I can't help but wonder..." in every! single! column! The horrendous puns!
I still will probably see this with some girlfriends. The Charlotte and Miranda storylines look intriguing, but I couldn't be less interested in Big & Carrie.
