Hollywood claims one more plus sized actress:

She's lost mega weight

I'm pretty sad because I thought it was great that a plus sized-actress (in the real sense of the term, not the usual Hollywoodized term) had some success. I mean, she had a TV show right? Now she looks like a generic Hollywood Starlet.

Holy sheep, that second set of pics looks like a completely different person.

She was a million times better looking in the before photo. It's a shame. I could be a bit biased--speaking as a chubby red head who has a great *cough* appreciation for full figured red heads with fair skin. Nah--she DID look better. She just blends in with all the rest now.

Yup, I bet her show getting cancelled is what pushed her over to the dark side.

ETA: How much weight would you say she lost? Her face has so much more character in the before photos. In the after photos she looks pretty forgettable

I started to notice the weight loss when she played Celebrity Poker.

That has to be gastric. It is a shame that she sold out.

I don't think she was big enough for gastric. Didn't seem it, anyway. I'm more inclined to believe it was more of a starvation/drug use type diet.

No kidding! I was like..."OK, where's the new pictures of Sara? All I see is Reese Witherspoon."

I thought she was quite a stunning woman as a red head, too. Now? Whatever. Been there, saw that.

I wonder if this drastic weight loss will actually help her career, which I'm guessing is why she did it. Or will she go the way of Jennifer Grey?

She'd created quite a niche for herself on TV portraying an average size woman with a healthy(for Hollywood) body image and could be self-depracating and had some talent too. Now with the blonde and the tartlet thin look she's lost what made her unique in a town full of blonde twentysomething tartlets.

I think she kind of looks like Kirsten Bell.

If she's going to go skinny, she should have at least kept the red hair. Nothing about her stands out now.

Playing devil's advocate, I think that, barring any excessive drug use or unhealthy disorders, it's great she lost the weight, if only for the sake of her health. She doesn't look skinny at all - she looks healthy.
