Good. I linked to the footage in the “Stars I Hate” thread, but before he stormed off the set like a baby over getting called on his Meghan obsession, he ragged on his co-presenter for her “miniskirt” which totally wasn’t a miniskirt. He is just an awful person. And his H&M criticism came off as deranged because it was, and all fueled by the fact that Meghan had drinks with him once then ghosted him. Rush Limbaugh and Morton Downey Jr had a hellchild and named it Piers. Deranged is just the starting point.

If you had told me a year ago that Trump, Giuliani, and Piers Morgan would be publicly owned in such a fashion, I would have scoffed.

That's weird. Is his mother still alive? What lawyer allowed him to sign legal documents and get checks not in his legal name? How can you not know where you were born?

How does one get away with using what’s essentially a nickname for years on your official documents?

How does one get away with using what’s essentially a nickname for years on your official documents? California allows you to change your name via the “usage method”. By using a name, it becomes your legal name. I did this 30 years ago, changed everything this way (including passport and social security number, etc.) and have had no issues. Last year I got the court order as I’ve applied for citizenship in another country and had to have a paper trail.

That's weird. Is his mother still alive? What lawyer allowed him to sign legal documents and get checks not in his legal name? How can you not know where you were born? It definitely is weird but it could be down to his mom, not him. His mom might have lied about her maiden name, and you're only going to know where you were born if someone tells you or you've seen your birth certificate. I don't know why he didn't realise Santa Monica was in California though. I guessed California and I'm British. Are there any "Santa _____" places in New York? ETA: Maybe I'm just cynical, but could this invalidate the marriage? Could Joss use it to get out of paying alimony if they divorced?

I know several people who have nicknames on their official documents. My father hates his middle name and the last time I looked at his driver’s license his middle name had changed to another name that starts with the same letter. I asked my mom about it and she had no idea how or when that had happened.
In my mother’s family, most people go by their middle names. My mom never officially dropped her first name, but her driver’s license and passport don’t have her given first name on them.
I also know people who go by their initials snd their documents just have their initials.
My great-aunt had a hideous first name—something like Ermel or Urmel. She had NO IDEA that was her first name until she was in her 70s and cane across some family documents. She, and every living person in our family, thought her first name was Virginia.
I think this kind of thing is also common with people who have more than one middle name. All those forms we fill out only have space for one middle name.
I don’t have a good explanation for why Joss thinks Santa Monica is in NY.

My dad worked on government contracts and needed security clearances and documentations for passports et al. There was always a snag, but they would let it pass “this one time” for expediency.
He pushed to find his birth certificate when he was in his 40’s. It took over a year of pushing to unravel. The name on his birth certificate was completely different from what he thought his name was.
Once he found his birth certificate, he legally changed his name to what he always thought it was. His mom named him at the hospital, then just told everyone a different name when she got home. The names are nothing alike.
Just so crazy.
