When after reading that the forums are going down, the first thought is "and I'm sure it will be happening when the Jackson verdict comes out." People just might explode from holding in the snark no matter what the verdict.

You feel guilty that under your favorites CPMoG is listed as "FT."

But I feel this deerves an explanation. When the FT forums were still around, I frequented the site very often, usually just reading the posts. When the forums closed and I came here, I wasn't sure how long I'd be staying. Originally, I thought I wouldn't stay around, so I kept it as "FT" for convenience sake until I deleted the favorite. I got addicted, but now it's such a force of habit, and it's so easy for me to just type FT into the address button and for this great site to pop up. So, I feel bad, but my reasons are (somewhat) logical and admirable! I swear!

Hee, my favourites has this site as 'FT Replacement', and goes directly into a page of Star Jones snark.
And you know youre addicted when you finally get back into CPMCoG, and then nearly burst a blood vessel waiting for the activation code.
Some cool new features in the upgrade too. Yay for proboards!

When you check Yahoo News at least once an hour during the time the boards are down, praying and hoping the jury won't reach a verdict in the Michael Jackson case.

When your first thought upon reading that Tom Cruise has yet again gone crazy on TV is: "Why now?? I won't be able to share this with Marie Chantal!"

You repetively check to see if the forums are back up, and get a little pissed off when you see the V4 upgrade on your screen for the 30th time that DAY!And then when the forums are back you Squee in delight, waking a 3 month old baby in the process!
