Now I feel bad that I have avatar OCD. I feel the need to change it when the mood hits me, or when I find somthign funny online. But I am also the girl who feels the need to rtearrange the living room every other month or so.

This time there was a CPMCoG reunion, in typical high school reunion form, sketchy on the details but I do know that we had a pet room and there was a pillow fight. Screw buying my mom a house if I win the lotto, I am going to fly all of you to Greece and we can party and snark in person.

I've kind of thought about that, too. Not in dream form, and without the pet room and pillow fight. (Okay, maybe the pillow fight.) The possibility of - if this place is still around in a few years (in whatever form the Interweb has taken) - selecting some central location and trying to get as many board members as possible together all at once for a CPMCoG hootenanny. A Meetup To End All Meetups.

I don't think it'll ever happen, but it's fun to contemplate.

This really is the warmest online community I have ever found. After a year: The mods are still sweet, funny, and fair. The posters are genuinely concerned and involved with each other. We generally agree to disagree with little to no animosity.

It also feels especially cool when a God or (particularly) one of the Mods replies to something you've posted! Bit like being noticed by someone famous or something. [/sucking up]. I realise this is a bit sad, especially when you're up to Lord of the Snarks yourself, but still... I feel like my existence is validated on some level. I also realise this isn't helped by my misguided belief that Topher is, in fact, Topher Grace. Gah!
