It was a second wedding for Longoria, too, but that didn't seem to stop her from all kinds of over-the-top wedding insanity.

I agree that Rebecca looks lovely, and I really hope it works out between her and Jerry. They seem like good people. Also, it's sort of sweet that the pudgy kid is Stand By Me got married to a stone cold fox.

Then again, I thought Rebecca's wedding to John Stamos was also very pretty (the green color of her bridesmaid dresses was exactly what I want someday), so what do I know.

Steve Martin Gets Married at L.A. Home

Sporting his Inspector Clouseau mustache, Steve Martin married girlfriend Anne Stringfield at his Los Angeles home on Saturday, says a rep for the funny man.

The surprise ceremony, which had not been announced beforehand to the approximately 75 guests in attendance, was presided over by Bob Kerry, the former Nebraska Senator and attempted 1992 Democratic presidential candidate – and a friend of Martin's, publicist Alan Nierob tells the Associated Press.

The guests, who included Tom Hanks, Diane Keaton, Eugene Levy, Carl Reiner and magician Ricky Jay, had simply been told they were invited to the Martin home a "party," according to the publicist.

Best man was Lorne Michaels, creator of Saturday Night Live, for which Martin has been a frequent host over the past three decades. (He reputedly holds the record for hosting the most times, though Alec Baldwin is catching up.)

Martin, 61, and Stringfield, 35, dated for about three years, said Nierob. This is a first marriage for the bride, who is a writer and former staffer for The New Yorker magazine, to which Martin contributes humor pieces. Martin was previously married, from 1986 to 1994, to his costar in 1984's All of Me and 1991's L.A. Stories, Victoria Tennant. That marriage ended in divorce.

He’s so private that it seems impossible to have any insight or lay odds on the union. Interesting guest list.

It sounds like they're getting married because they want to have kids. I love Steve, but he's 62 and that really makes me wince. My parents are in their 60s and healthy, but it's already in the stage where I'm doing more and more for them and we all realize the end is looming in the distance. I'm 30, so that's how it's supposed to be, but it's so unfair to burden a little baby with a senior citizen for a parent who won't even be around for very long.

Singer-actress Willa Ford married longtime beau and Dallas Stars hockey player Mike Modano in Athens, Texas on Saturday, her manager tells PEOPLE.

The 26-year-old Ford, who competed in season three of Dancing with the Stars, exchanged vows with Modano, 37, in an early evening ceremony held at a private ranch in front of 75 guests, says Ford's manager, Brad Marks.

The bride wore a wedding gown she designed herself.

The couple had an on-and-off relationship for more than four years before getting engaged in Dallas over the 2006 Thanksgiving holiday. At the time, Ford told PEOPLE her fiance was "calm, cool, collected and very focused. He grounds me."

This is the first marriage for both.

Ever since Dancing, Ford has been busy working on reviving her music career and expanding her acting chops. She landed the lead role of Anna Nicole Smith in a biopic filmed earlier this year. Last week she wrapped Impulse, an independent thriller that filmed in Vancouver.

Ford and Modano bought a home in the Dallas area earlier this year and hope to start a family soon.

"I'm really one of those old-fashioned Southern girls who wants to get married, have a little time as newlyweds and then have babies," Ford said.
