*jaw drops* You finished it already? I salute you! Danke! ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) It was a good way to pass the time when I just couldn't sleep. Which is why I kept posting little rants in the middle of the night. Heh. ETA: On a superficial note, some of those dresspheres just looked atrocious. The Lady Luck ones [including, and especially, LeBlanc's, if that is in fact her default sphere] were beyond awful.

So are there any Counterstrike widows in here? My boyfriend just built a new computer over the weekend, and has started back up. I heard "Terrorists Win! Terrorists Win!" and guys telling each other that everyone's moms were sucking their dicks until about 1:30 in the morning last night. I swear, it would have gone even later if he hadn't have run out of beer.

Muffinman has been sucked into the nerdiest video game ever.
It's an online game, where he has a bunch of planets. He like, grows stuff on his planets, and mines them, and then he sends out little rocketships to attack other people's planets. He is currently number 1,046 in the game ranking and he's very proud of himself.
I swear he was not this nerdy in college. It would seem that I have sucked all the beer-guzzlin', crotch-grabbin' manliness out of him, with my giant manliness-sucking vagina. I am so ashamed!

So, has anyone played Bioshock yet? I'm dying to, but don't think my crappy graphics card can handle it ![:'(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cry.png) . Oh well --until I can afford to upgrade, I'll stave off the cravings by replaying System Shock 2 , which was done by the same team and has similar RPG elements, etc. The graphics are really blocky and primitive, but the game's so claustrophobic and intense that you stop noticing after half an hour. And SHODAN's got to be one of the best villains ever. Shame about the last few levels, though.

Ohhh, I'm dying to play Bioshock, ever since that first trailer came out a while back. Unfortunately I too am stuck in the "no-way-can-my-computer-handle-that-bad-boy" boat, and without a 360, I am sadly without.

I remember playing System Shock 2 back in the day and promptly turning off the game after 20 minutes. WAAAAAAAAAY too scary and intense for me.

I remember playing System Shock 2 back in the day and promptly turning off the game after 20 minutes. WAAAAAAAAAY too scary and intense for me. Yeah, I know. Even with the dated graphics and having played it before, I've still jumped out of my seat a few times --especially when the spiders come scuttling out. It's a lot less scary with the sound off, though.

I got Bioshock and it's awesome. For the first time ever, I actually let out a scream yelp while playing a game.
I'm not that far into it but so far, so good.

Oh, Petals, LaconicDude is dying for that game. Every time the commercials come on, we have to stop and watch them. But his computer is too old to run it, so he is sad. I finished the game last night. It's got at least two endings so I'll play it again. The story is really deep--especially the parts relating to Christian symbolism and the philosophy of Ayn Rand. Plus, it's got creepy little girls in it. How can you beat that? ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

Does anyone remember how to make Raccoon Mario fly in "Super Mario Bros 3"? I play it at VirtualNES.com and I can't keep him flying. You hit 'A' to make him run fast, then when it starts to beep you hit 'B' to get him into the air, but then before I can figure out what to hit to keep him up there, he falls down.
I wish I could play Super Mario Advance, but not enough to actually buy a Game Boy Advance and then all of the cartridges. I wish they still sold regular ass Nintendo. I'd buy one for $30. All of this 3-D gaming is too much for my tiny brain.
