Could Brad be the pedophile in question, or involved? I am confused. I think it's one of those mathematically possible, statistically very unlikely things. This seems to be the general timeline: Corey Haim was raped when he was 11 or 12, which would have been 1981-1983. Brad Pitt was a college student at the University of Missouri.

Actually, the blind item's timeline is being misunderstood. Corey Haim was raped at 11 by a producer. This would have been in the early 80s. Then he was abused by the A-list actor who is the subject of this blind, but it occurred when Haim was in his mid-teens, so that would have been 86-89. That does change somewhat who the actor could be, who had power and influence at that point.
Regardless, it's horrible that the earlier abuse conditioned him to endure the later abuse, and becoming part of the pedo ring. Ugh. Feldman should speak up; it's not slander if it's true. In Toronto a hockey player took a big risk speaking up about an employee at Maple Leaf Gardens who took advantage of star struck NHL fans and abused them for years. He is very respected for what he did, and the perp was arrested.

But it's on the accuser to prove that it's true. The lawsuit against Bryan Singer was dropped even though there was sufficient evidence to show that he was up to no good. The accuser couldn't afford to fight him on it (see also: Kesha)

I hope not! But then again, whoever it is, is someone that no one could imagine doing such a thing which is part of why/how they've gotten away with it for so long. See also Cosby, Bill. Mr. Favorite TV Dad with the funky sweaters and the Jell-o Pudding Pops can't be a serial drugger/rapist! Right??
In more Conspiracy related news, I'm currently worried for these Stranger Things kids. I know they need to promote their show, but I keep seeing them trotted out to entertain the masses like performing monkeys. They're on a Horror themed show, not a singing and dancing show. So why do they keep being called out to sing and dance for the Hollywood crowds? I'm not trying to be gross, but the fact that these young kids are being made to be super cutesy pootsy to promote a horror show makes me antsy- like they're being groomed to always be on and always do more than what should be required of them as actors and actresses. And that's happening because they're kids. The adult actors aren't being made to sing and dance or pass out PB&J sandwiches to say "Hey! Watch 'Stranger Things' on Netflix!" Again, not trying to be gross, but I hope they have good handlers and watchers with them at all times.
Having producers say 'All right kids, we want you to sing and dance and pass out these sandwiches and be cute!' is a slippery slope towards, 'All right kid, come meet me in my trailer for... reasons...' *shudder!*

I remember hearing something years ago (honestly, I think on a radio station) around the time that book, You'll Never Make Love in this Town Again came out. Written by former escorts and call girls about their dealings with celebrities. Anyway, I swear that one of them said that Ron Howard liked to hire call girls and beat them up but I've never heard anything else about this nor can I find any reference to it at all. Is it possible I made it up?

I'm at work, so can't click into the site, but didn't Leonard Nimoy die about a year and a half ago? As in, some time before Scalia? He faked his death! Seriously, according to the website. Of course, how foolish of me. It's logical.

Get it together, syve. I have a question for moon-landing hoax experts and scholars. Are there categories of hoax-believers, a la with 9/11's LIHOP and MIHOP and the ones who think there was no plane into the Pentagon? Is there a belief that some of the moon landings were real, just not certain ones? Is the entire space program an illusion? What about the ISS and the Soviet program?

So I said, Well, then this is why Brad and Angie split up: The Big Hollywood Machine knew the lid was about to be blown on the super secret pedo-ring so they spun the Hollywood Cover-Up Chore Wheel and it landed on Brad and Angie taking one for the team and splitting up to distract the masses. They wailed and cried because they were really in love. And yet, their blood oaths to the Hollywood Machine forced their obedience and so they had to part to take the heat off the pedo story. Besides the only other option was to have Harrison Ford crash another plane and the Machine wants to save that stunt for closer to the next Indiana Jones movie opening. I like this theory. I have long (jokingly) believed in a "Hollywood Cover-Up Chore Wheel", but in my mind it's used to help both Hollywood and the government. Like, if there's too much media attention focused on domestic terrorism, police brutality, or a political scandal, they just send a memo to Hollywood. Then they spin a wheel and it's either a power couple break-up, a celebrity death, or they call in a famous person to their offices and tell them to just improvise. Like, "We don't know, Miley? The VMAs are coming up. Just get on stage. You'll figure it out".
