My dad had the hugest crush on Sandra Bullock. He'd watch any movie of hers no matter what it was.
I agree. I've never heard a bad word about this woman, and she sounds like she has a good heart. I hope she's around for a long time.

I love Sandy. I don't love all of her films (Hope Floats, anyone?) but the majority of her films are good to watch, and she always turns in solid work.
Btw, I haven't listed Speed 2 or Miss Congeniality 2 because I can't bring myself to watch the first (who instead of Keanu?!) and I've only seen bits of the second on a plane, and I didn't have the sound on. So she might suck like a black hole in those, but I haven't seen 'em.

I haven't been able to stand most of her films since While You Were Sleeping which is an awesome chick flick. I even thought Miss Congeniality was crappy. "You liiiiike me, you want to kiiiiissss me" No. No I don't. Go away.
I need to go start posting on the threads of people I actually like before I get a reputation for hating everything.

Awww, While You Were Sleeping is one of her best (along with Speed). When I first heard the plot I thought it was going to be beyond dumb, but it wasn't.

I very rarely bother with romantic comedies, so I have barely seen anything she's been in. That said, she doesn't seem like as much of a famewhore as people in her tier of celebrity tend to be, which is admirable. Plus, I've heard she's fluent in German. I don't know why, but I always give points for celebs who are bi or multi lingual. It just seems like you have to be a little more intelligent than the average Hollywood moron to master more than one language.

She looked kind of pregnant to me at the SAGs last night. I thought the same thing too, with her choice of empire waisted and shirred cocktail dress. Especially since at the GG ( I think it was that award show) she commented to one reporter when asked about having kids, that they were doing all the right things that gets someone pregnant or something to that effect. I remember because I always thought she didn't want children of her own.

She also wore a similar style (empire-like) dress to the People's Choice awards. Interesting.

She looked a little puffy and tired to me as well. I say preggers.

I thought I remember reading Sandra Bullock was giving up the "skinny life" after marrying that Jesse dude. Maybe she's just gained weight?
