Mastercard refunded your money? I think Pay Pal charged my Mastercard for the shirt. Do you belong to a specific program, and what did you tell them? I wish I had known that!
Is the seller still on Ebay?
They made me return to shirt to the seller. The seller refused the shirt and sent it back. PayPal then wanted me to confirm that I sent the shirt to the seller and I emailed them a copy of my delivery confirmation from USPS. They said that it was not enough and closed the inquiry. To this day, I don't know what they wanted from me. I almost cancelled my acct.

Yes, I called them and they credited me immediately. Was the item you returned insured in any way? I had that happen once. I returned a costly handbag, the seller was a bitch and claimed the box came empty (yeah, sure). Fedex refunded me the full price, so did mastercard. i actually profited from it.

Not from the seller it wasn't. When I finally received it back in the mail, I just consigned it. I wish I would have called Mastercard.

I won an auction last Sunday. I sent a request for an invoice and the seller responded with an apology that he didn't ship to Canada. My response said not a problem, we want the item shipped to a US address to take advantage of free shipping, and asked him to advise if that was okay before I sent payment. I haven't heard back from him and have sent a message and a second request for an invoice since. What should I do? I am hesitant to pay because this seller is incommunicado, but I also don't want to lose my 100% rating and get branded a slow (or worse: non-) payer! Quoting myself to update on my saga. Not that there's much to report. This is the message I sent today: Am I a sucker? Is this guy trying to give me the brush-off? If so, I'm miffed. As far as I'm concerned, even if I haven't paid him yet, he is a non-performing seller. I can report his ass to eBay, right?

Actually, yes. The assholeseller responded as follows: Ok, first of all, Asshole? If you had responded to ANY of my messages, I wouldn't have had to send 5. Secondly, your listing [/color]did indeed indicate free shipping (see the bottom of the description). And thirdly, your initial email was not clear that the whole listing was a mistake, just the international shipping part which -- bad selling etiquette, Dude. Your listing says "Ships to Worldwide." This is the original email he sent when I first won the item. Is there any way to interpret it as "the whole listing was a mistake"??: Asshole. At least we're done and can move on.

It amazes me just how many eBayers (buyers and sellers) think they can communicate like the other person is a retarded monkey and still think the person is going to be all "Oh! OK!" Ridiculous.

Shorty, if ever a seller deserved a negative, it is this dickhead. Is there any way you can neg him, and if he negs you back, then I would report him to ebay. This is HIS fault!
