Hee. It's been a while, and I can't remember how much was "enough" - fifty pieces, or something? Luckily (?) I can drum up close to that many pieces - Mr.S used to collect pins, and he's got a drawerful.

I can't believe I remember this but the Jennifer Anniston character in Office Space got in trouble for not wearing enough flair. I believe she only had 12 unlike her blonde douchebag colleague.

Well, I've definitely got her beat - I've got 15.
Among my pieces of flare: a pin of a Vulcan hand giving the spread-fingered salute, a Watchmen happy face pin, and a possibly-collectors'-item pin for the IBM PC Jr. (Remember that one? The Charlie Chaplin wannabe advertised it?)

My Flo costume is done. I have the apron, complete with the iron-on Progressive logo, the "I (heart) insurance button," name tag, headband and bright red lipstick. I have to make a stop at the mall to return something and I may see if they have any navy Chuck Taylors in stock. If not, I'll just improvise with some dark-colored tennis shoes I already have.
My white polo shirt did come in in time, but I think I'm going to return it because hubby stopped at Goodwill and got me one for $4. Not bad. Minus the shoes, this has been my cheapest Halloween costume ever.
