The Hallowe'en Costume Thread

Witchypoo, here is my old standby: black pants, black turtlenck, stick on a moon and some stars cut out of white paper, and I am 'night.' Yes, a bit cheesy, but quick and easy.

Well, my closet is pretty much 95% black clothes so that part is easy.

Mr.S is going to dress up like Shaun of Shaun of the Dead. We figure that we can dummy up a cricket bat out of cardboard and put some coloured-red patches on a white dress shirt so that he "has some red on (him)." As for me, I have a costume I made myself to look like Jennifer Aniston's character from Office Space - waitress apron, white-and-green polo shirt, and a vest covered in flare. I'm going to zombie myself up to go with Mr.S's costume, so I'll be Zombie Jennifer Aniston's Character from Office Space. (Yes, I do anticipate having to explain my costume over and over.)

I bought a monkey mask at Arche McPhee's. I also bought a pair of Groucho glasses so the monkey can have his own costume.

For work tomorrow I am being a Chilean miner. I will wear jeans and a white tank top that I ironed on the Chilean flag and "CHILE" on. Then I have a hard hat with an LED light to attach. I will dirty up my face with Bare Escentuals "Faux tan" and have Powerbars in my pocket.

Don't wear too much flair--remember, her character got in trouble with the boss for not wearing enough.
