I just ate a Subway veggie sub (with pepperjack on honey oat), and damn ... I have the worst onion breath ever. But mmm, onions.

Slimfast for breakfast (Cappucino Delight) (I prefer the chocolate flavors, by the way, and yes I see the irony of this as juxtaposed against the ice cream) Quaker Instant Oatmeal (Maple and Brown Sugar ) for lunch. Mid afternoon snack was a hot fudge sundae from McDonald's (no nuts). Tonight will be either polenta (again) or mac n' cheese (again) or maybe pancakes. In my defense, I had my upper wisdom teeth out on Friday so I am still in the dreaded "soft foods" stage. I may go home tonight and wash down a Vicodin with some wine just so I'll pass out and stop thinking of steak, and crusty bread.

My wonderful friends brought me a cobb salad today with an extra special treat - mini cupcakes! They were on their way to lunch, but I was elbow deep in cleaning, so they brought me a salad. And mini cupcakes! I feel very lucky today.
Tonight, easy peasy lemon squeezy: steak and green beans!
ETA: I wrote this before Daisy had posted - I swear I wasn't baiting you, doll! Sorry 'bout yer teef.

Dinner was Provencal Chicken (tomatoes, onion, garlic and olives in the sauce) over short-grain brown rice and asparagus.

Breakfast is a tub of passionfruit yogurt, a banana, a mandarin, and a boiled egg.
Lunch is potato, celery and tuna salad with hommous.
Dinner will be kangaroo loin with some kind of vegetable accompaniment - I'm thinking tabouli and eggplant.
And if I'm bad, the two Reese's peanut butter cups in the cupboard will make their way down my gullet.

Fun! My best friend and I do this all the time! In fact, he used to have a segment on the TV show he co-hosted called 'What Did You Eat Yesterday?"
Anyway...
Breakfast: 3 cups black coffee
Lunch: A bread bowl at Quizno's (with chicken, cheese and broccoli cheese soup)
Dinner will be: Hamburger gravy with mashed potatos and corn.
I'm totally rockin' the carbs and comfort food today. I'll probably eat nothing but lettuce the rest of the week to make up for it, lol.
