I'm thinking about a can of Beefaroni. Oh yes. Does that even qualify as food? [/fishstick]

Yeah, at least I can post in here because I make things from scratch sometimes (other times, not so much). I can't post in the "what are you wearing" thread, because every day it's the same: pajamas. So that is just depressing.
My tacos were DELICIOUS. Mmmm, tacos. I will probably have a snack later, but I'm not sure what yet.
I also had some leftover Christmas chocolate, too. What? It wasn't THAT long ago.

For dinner I'm making Barilla multigrain pasta with red lentils and a roasted red pepper sauce (jarred sauce, Pickle! Ha ha!) Ooh! Recipe please? It's super easy. I made 2 cups of multigrain pasta (which is 3-4 servings, depending on how big you like your servings). Then I simmered/boiled 1/2 cup of red lentils in another pot. They only take about 10-15 minutes to get tender once they're simmering, because they're tiny. I used Ragu red pepper and onion sauce, and once it was heated I dumped the lentils in, simmered those together for a few minutes, and then added the drained pasta, and let that all meld for a few minutes. Sometimes I also saute frozen chopped peppers and onions in a skillet and add those to the sauce, too. ETA: I just found out we're having cupcakes at work today! Mmmm....cupcakes....

Breakfast was a cup of tea with milk. Lunch: vegetable sushi from Pret a Manger and a can of Yoga Bunny. Mmm. Dinner was mushroom and riccota tortellini with pesto, tomatoes and olives. Afternoon snack was a chocolate Aero bar and a glass of water.
I'm still hungry though. I might have a PB&J sandwich in a bit.

I am again eating leftover Shepherd's Pie. And Coke! I'm addicted and my teeth will one day fall out.

I had an egg, cheese, potato and ham breakfast taco this morning. For lunch was a cup of sausage and chicken jambalaya and some broccoli, and then a nice half-mile run through the pouring rain while wearing heels. Aaaah, lunch break.
I have the biggest hankering for a cheeseburger for dinner, but I'll probably be good and eat up whatever produce we have.
And I keep reading Beefaroni as "Barfaroni", and it's not helping my giggle fit!
