Starskin, I made the salad myself. I have a few Vietnamese recipes I make that I would be happy to share. If you can get fish sauce, lime, mint, and rice vermicelli you would be in good shape to make them. PM me and I'll gather them up.

Citrus a swede is a...big...thing. According to wikipedia it's also called rutabaga, which I guess is what it's called the US (though I never saw one before coming here). It's a root vegetable with a slightly sweet, earthy taste. And yep, courgettes are zucchini. I think you could probably put any veg you want into it though.

I had a bagel for breakfast with coffee.
Lunch was a 1/2 cup of rice in some chicken broth with celery (I love celery cooked in broth, I'm weird), a few slices of deli turkey and a peanut butter cookie.
dinner is going to be steak, spinach, tomato salad.
And I'm staying the hell away from spark people's calorie page since I know my food has been healthy today.

I will NOT be eating birthday cake at work today, since it has become birthday pecan pie.
Dinner will be a Lean Cuisine margareta pizza and a salad.

Why did I drive through Wendy's on the way home from the mall?
Because they are tearing down the McDonalds....

I had a very healthy hummus wrap and steamed spinach for lunch, but for dinner I"m having wine.... and maybe cookies.

I skipped breakfast... I know I shouldn't but by the time I said to myself I need to eat, it was more like lunchtime.
I had a grilled ham and cheese sandwich and tomato soup with homemade iced tea from my iced tea maker.

I just had some olives, a big hunk of Double Gloucester and a big hunk of Derby cheese. Oh, how I love cheese.
