Is that Thursday or Fridays brekkie? The international dateline always confuses me. Wednesday! Half way through the working week!

This morning I had my usual Luna Bar. Chicken stew type stuff for lunch. A yogurt for a snack. For dinner I had chicken soup, pakoras and a kale and wild rice salad.

Breakfast: a bowl of cereal (something with flakes and oats and blueberries) Lunch: leftover chicken salad Snack: a piece of lightning cake and an iced nonfat dulce de leche latte from Starbucks Dinner: salmon cakes and corn on the cob (white corn!) and maybe homemade chicken soup later on Dessert: white peach or white nectarine or Ben & Jerry's or lightning cake (undecided)
I do not eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.

Today:
Breakfast: about 3-4 cups of black coffee. It was staff meeting day, which usually lasts from 9am to 12 pm, so I'm a little fuzzy on how much coffee I had today. I'm starting to detect a breakfast pattern here. lol
Lunch: Sun-dried tomato tuna salad in a spinach wrap with a cup o' soup. (chicken noodle)
Dinner: I just had a simple salad with cucumbers, sunflower seeds, a wee bit of feta and basalmic vinaigrette. Oh, and a piece of french bread with buttah. Mmm, carbs.
I did grill some steaks tonight, but I just didn't feel like eating meat, so I skipped mine.

LadyM, that cucumber salad sounds absolutely divine. The perfect summertime dish. I'm drooling over here! I might add tomatoes, though.

I am drooling.
Breakfast: Broiled chicken thigh and Granny Smith apple. Snack: Another Granny Smith. Lunch: Plain tunafish, cashews, Tazo brambleberry tea. Dinner: Atkins "lasagna" that substitutes cabbage leaves for pasta. It's really good and I don't get that heavy feeling I usually get after eating regular lasagna. Dessert: Yeah, right.

I ate so much today, but was super hungry all day;
Breakfast: Special K w/berries, skim milk, yogurt, V8 with hot sauce Snack: V8 again, 1oz chedder cheese Lunch: Fabulous TJ's salad w/beans, peppers, etc., some garden salsa sunchips, and orange juice and seltzer. Oh and some more yogurt. Snack: Baked potato chips Dinner: Sushi (spicy tuna w/brown rice--yum) and some twizzlers. Oh and water, lots of water.

Today I had:
Breakfast: Two muffin-sized veggie quiches, V-8 juice, decaf blonde coffee Snack: Non-fat sugar-free decaf mocha (I know - what's the point?) Lunch: Chef salad Snack: Cucumber slices with salmon spread Dinner: Broiled tri-tip steak (more wingtip than tri-tip; that was one tough piece of meat), roasted veggies, one small cup jello and one small cup pudding, both sugar-free
Only got in 16 oz. of water - bad me.

Gaah. Not a good day. Lots o'junk today.
Breakfast: A slice of cheddar and some grapes Lunch: Black bean soup, wheat bread and a granola bar Dinner: An appetizer of garlic fries (!), a mini pizza with mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, two glasses of wine After dinner, The Boy's parents came over to help celebrate his birthday (they will be out of town for his actual birthday) and we had some extremely rich chocolate fudge cake.
Damn, it was good.

Man, I love food! Today: Breakfast: Med Dunkie's Iced Coffee (which will actually last 'til lunch), Quaker Oats Oatmeal Pack, 1 Banana Lunch: WW Penne Pasta frozen meal. Which is actually upsetting because I usually have the WW Roast Beef (5 days a week for the last 2 years!) but my market was all out. And Keebler Right Bites 100 calorie pack of Grasshoppers. Mid Day Snack: 1 oz cheese, 7 Toasted Onion Crackers (they are so good...it's a religion) Extra: Another Iced Coffee for the ride home from work. I sit in Boston traffic! I need my coffee! Dinner: Honey BBQ Chicken Breast, Cheese and Mayo on white bread with a bit of potato salad on the side. Late Snack: Vanilla Jello Pudding Pop
