Yah! Thank you! (makes note to make offering on altar to LUSH goddesses)
I'm moving this weekend but hope to get time to shop at the little LUSH store in the centre. They don't have sinks, either, Brookie, and they have those bowls set up like you talked about...I love walking by that store. Sensory heaven! And it happens to be near a Cuban restaurant whose bartender makes a killer mojito! I could get smashed and smell good doing it!

Whoo hoo, MrsCatHead!! Yeah, we had an old geezer walk by yesterday and tell us our shop smelled like mothballs. So do you, buddy.

Re: the foot stuff - I want to get a foot party together this summer at our shop. Soak in a bath bomb to soften, use "Running to the Embassy" to pumice the feet or a combo of Ocean Salt/Lemony Flutter, follow with Volcano foot mask (haven't tried it, but it's got potato & tomato in it to absorb nasty odors), then either Pied de Pepper or Fair Trade Foot Lotion. Yumm. You're going to do this in NYC, right Brookie? ;D Came in to say, I got some of the Ocean Salt scrub on my lips last night (during my facial scrub) and got a bit of a taste. It tasted like a Margarita! Why must they do this to me? I LOVE me the Margaritas! I was craving one, but of course I had to go to bed.

Okay, as I mentioned before I got my friend LUSH stuff for her birthday and gave it to her when I met up with her in Florida. Anyhow, she's SO happy with it and said that the place near her in Philly is too inconvenient for where she lives. She really, really loves the body wash I got her with olive oil. I was afraid that she'd smell like salad dressing but she loves it. She told me that for future gift ideas she'd always be happy to get LUSH, hint, hint. So YAY!

I don't have anything to add except, yay!! A LUSH thread!
The only thing LUSH needs is makeup. Then I'd never go anywhere else ;D

The LUSH folks do sell a make-up line in Britain, called "B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful", but we don't get involved with it over here and I don't know anything about it.
I just Googled it, but I can't get the page to load.

I need a LUSH store in Seattle. The closest one is across the lake in Suburban Hell. I hate it over there. It scares me.

It's great, because I inevitably lick some off my lips while exfoliating, and it tastes so much better than the other stuff. That said, I may end up ordering online, because my Coalface bar is getting very slender, and I don't think a trip is going to be terribly convenient for a while. Why they didn't put a store in the west end of Ottawa is beyond me. It would be so much easier than having to deal with downtown or the mondo-mall where they are.
