See ya Gregg! You actually seemed like a good guy last night, but you were instrumental in booting off my girlfriend, so I can't say I am sad to see ya go.
WTF is up with Ian & Katie next week? That preview looked downright crazy.

I was thinking that sometimes they have to compete together, eat bugs and all that. I wouldn't want my mom eating bugs also maybe she would be embarrased if someone came and would not eat bugs to see her??? I am pretty sure my brother-in-law would eat some bugs.
If I had a releative that went on the show and they flew me there and they asked me to eat bugs to spend time with them I would be like "see you in few weeks" I am not eating bugs. Afterall they really are not gone that long.

Poor Ian with his puppy dog eyes. He looked so hurt last night when his lantern was lowered in the water, I don't know if he has the killer instinct required to make it to the final two (although my money is on him to win because I kind of have the hots for him). I wonder if Katie isn't using his sensitivity to manipulate him into voting off Tom instead of her or Jen. I don't really see how Katie could be really hurt by his strategy or how he "lied" to her (if the fight shown on the preview is the result of Caryn, Tom and Ian basically forcing her to vote off Gregg or choose the PRoD) but people get so screwy on this show, you never can tell. Don't cry, Ian (and don't vote off Tom or sacrifice yourself)!
Last night's episode was magical! Scheming, switched alliances, a gracious loser, everyone playing the game HARD. This is what Survivor should be!

Gregg and Jenn (the double consonant couple) should have schemed with Katie to get rid of Tom. Really. How stupid are these people? Tom is The Man Among Men, for pete's sake. He wins almost every challenge; he'd be unbeatable in a Final Two. When he doesn't win immunity, he should be voted off. Gah, these people deserve to lose.
For the record, I'm rooting for Tom to win. I think he deserves it, not only for his mad surviivin' skillz, but because he's outwitting and outplaying the whole stupid lot of them.
Or Ian. Although I'm afraid he'll whittle away to the size of a bamboo pole. That poor guy is skin and bones.
Unlike Katie, who really is gaining weight.

I thought that Gregg, Jenn and Katie targeted Caryn because she wasn't part of the "alliance of five" and (they thought) was considered expendable by Tom and Ian. Then, after her ouster, Gregg, Jenn and Katie would have had the majority and could have gotten rid of Tom or Ian in the next go round.
Next week's episode should be good in terms of scrambling and scheming. I haven't enjoyed the scheming on Survivor this much since the glory days of Amazon Rob!

Katie is awful. She probably DOESN'T have any friends. When you bro-in-law leaves his wife and new baby...then you know you have problems.
Her little bitch at Caryn for eating too many rewards was ridiculous. She had a chance to buy items at the auction, I guess she was waiting for the Holy Grail of food items to pop up and when the reward was over she was left empty handed.
But as we've been saying, girl is NOT losing weight, so where is the secret stash!?
The rest of the ep was great. Nice scheming, good twists. Sorry to see the hotness leave, but it was a nice touch by Ian and Tom. Coby's rainbow flag shirt was priceless. Need more Coby at tribal council.

Please no. His exaggerated facial contortions annoy the crap out of me during Tribal Council. That might really be how he normally reacts (with extreme exaggeration) but, to me, it screams "THIS IS HOW I AM GOING TO EXTEND MY 15 MINUTES!!!!!". I enjoyed him when he was still a tribe member and thought his strange Steph-induced breakdown was hilarious and great television, but the gestures and stuff have got to stop. YMMV, of course.

So thought that Ian and Katie were going to confess their love for each other in the beach scene.
I can't figure out how Jenn was not voted out. Ian wanted to save Katie and Tom wts Caryn.

The end of the reward challenge reminded me of the Race Game from The Price is Right. All that was missing was the lever for the contestant to pull down to see how many right they had.

Ian is getting too emotional. It's going to bite him in the ass.
