Courtney wasn't as annoying, but she was still annoying. She didn't really look like she was trying very hard in that chopping challenge. Obviously, they could have edited out the scenes where she was really putting some effort in, but she really just looked pathetic. I would have voted her out, simply because there's no way she'll ever be capable of doing any physical challenges -- and they've had a lot of physical challenges so far. I'm sorry, but you just don't go on Survivor if you're that thin already. Hell, bulk up a bit beforehand! You know you're going to lose weight from lack of food. Don't go in looking like skin and bones.
Speaking of the physical challenges ... I really wish they hadn't had the contestants stuck with whatever they were wearing at the moment when they knew they had a lot of interactive physical challenges for them to do. I'm not a prude, but the amount of naked skin and physical grappling is just kind of weirding me out. Save that kind of stuff for HBO's Real Sex show, not CBS's Survivor.

I completely agree. I get that the show is called Survivor and all that, but based on underwear choices, some of them have an advantage over others. Just let them have one top, one bottom, a jacket and a swimsuit, if you wanna get all survivor-y on them, but give them some choice. Yuk. I hate seeing people get soaking wet wearing grannie panties or tiny lace bras or floppy boxers.
As for Courtney, yeah. There have been thin women on this show before, which alway begs the question - have you not SEEN this show? But they all seemed motivated by looking hawt on TV with their rockin' thin bods. Courtney, however, is clearly anorexic. Which may give her an advantage when the food runs low, since her body is accustomed to being starved.
I rather liked the booted woman, Sister Christian. Heh. I tire of the reality show portrayal of the preachy Jesus freak, but she seemed genuinely nice and concerned for her teammates. As a strategic move, I think they should have kept her and booted Courtney just for strength.

ITA on Courtney. Um...have you ever seen the show you skinny biache? Lot's of physical challenges! Obviously she was thinking about her acting career when she signed up. I HATE that the producers cast from talent agencies now. HATE.
The poker player is so creepy isn't he? I don't think keeping warm has anything to do with people rubbing your legs, touching your body or throwing their leg over you. Perv.
Anyone else get the shivers at the blurred out body parts in the last episode. Ick.

I normally watch online, and fast-forward through the devious back-stabbing (I'm all about the challenges). But the constant blurring-out of naughty parts is completely grossing me out.

Me too. Makes me wonder if they purposely took away their clothing so we would see a lot of skin. Blech. Last thing I need to see is the Lunch Lady's cooch, even with the merciful blur out.

clever clever girls. Losing a challenge to get rid of people. That has never ever ever backfired on "Survivor" before. Why should it not now?
dabnabit, and I was looking forward to watching Aaron's chest hair grow.

I can't stand it when people throw challenges. I hope the merge is immediate and they all pay for it.

It would be better if there were no merge. They'll kick James off, wait for the merge and it will never come. The three of them will never win anything against the other tribe, then there will be two, then one, then HAHAHAHAHAHA.....

I was saying the same last night. Everyone plots and plans for the merge that comes every season. For once I wish they would not do it and throw everyone's game off.

I like merges. The one time they prolonged it, I didn't like it. A twist to the game, at this stage, would be to split the teams into threes. That would make it least desirable to throw competitions.
