You know, I'm all for smart playing and looking a few moves ahead as in chess, but on the other hand, I really really really hate people intentionally losing. They had Aaron and James. They could have conceivably done well in the upcoming challenges and picked off some more members of the other team. I know they were concerned about having better numbers for the merge, but would it not have been possible to try to work with A and J to get them over to their side? Didn't the blonde woman go to the other camp? Shouldn't she have had some clue as to the dynamic over there already?
Eh, in this case, I would love for the producers to want to see James go further in the competition, and thus fix it somehow so that he goes back to the other team or gets some sort of bonus immunity or something. I don't want him to go yet!

Fake idol!
That was the best shite I've seen in a long time on Survivor. Gee, I missed fake idol sporting's exit interview, or did they even show it!

I came in late yesterday and I missed the fake idol storyline; however, I knew when Jaime gave Jeff the wooden board that it wasn't the idol.
What had me laughing was Jeff throwing the wooden board into the fire after he announced that it wasn't the idol.

They did show it, and it was a huge WTF moment for me. She was blathering about how James is untrustworthy, blahblah. Funny, I though that just a couple of weeks ago, she was openly giggling about purposely throwing challenges because she and PG wanted to get rid of James and Aaron. They only changed that plan when they realized their buddies on the other team couldn't be counted on.
So, James should trust her? When she threw a challenge with the idea of getting rid of him, and also went through his stuff? On what planet is that logical?
Jean-Robert still gives me the creeps. Courtney continues to annoy.

I laughed my ass off when she played the idol. Hands down one of the best tribal council moments for me. I loved how cool Jeff played it - stringing along the idea that she could have the idol and then tossing it in the fire.
I don't see how the tribe of 3 (can't remember their names) could expect James to be loyal when they admitted they lost the immunity comp so they could boot him or his teammate. Why on earth should he want to team up with people actively trying to get rid of him? I couldn't understand how they could even think he'd want to ally himself with them.
Courtney bugs the hell out of me, I'm amazed she hasn't snapped in 2 by now.

Or that someone there hasn't snapped her in two. Ugh, she's repulsive.

Your Greecie reminder:
Survivor returns tonight, with the mystery bonus tribal council meeting.
My guess is that they'll auction off the 2nd Immunity Idol.
