Didn't they also try to cover it up with "Welcome home, Buster" at one point?
Family got a lot of mileage out of banner.

Yes, that's right! I completely forgot about that. The Bluths love their banners!

Two great banners: When Nellie (Justine Bateman) throws a party at the office the banner says "Workers love Nellie".
The banner at Michael and Rita's "wedding": "Michael love Marry".
This show just killed me.

??uthor=kostgard board=television thread=1110165125 post=1190992729]I think "Egg" and "Hog" are my favorite Ann nicknames. "You don't wanna glitter her all up for Easter."
And I loved when Michael, Lindsay, George Michael and Ann are going down to Mexico to look for George Sr. and Lindsay spots Ice the PI on a motorcycle behind them and says something like "Check out that guy riding the hog behind us" which causes to Michael to whip around yelling, "George Michael!" only to see GM and Ann innocently sitting in the backseat behind him, looking at him like, "What? What are we doing?"[/quote] I love that episode. When they leave Ann in Mexico Michael scolds her for "running off" and she says that she has been "sitting on that bench the whole time". George Michael is so excited and blurts out "Alright, way to plant Ann!"

I love the use of the "Mission Accomplished" Banner. It kills me.
My favorite joke with it is when Michael is walking into the office, and the banner is 1/2 up. The guy hanging it, injured is being led out. Michael doesn't respond, just continues talking to Lindsay while walking over to the "Number of Days Since Our Last Accident" board and reset it to 1. Hee.
Yes, I am running over to the television to turn on the show and spend the day watching it. Why do you ask?

I know Bateman talked a lot about it while he was doing press for Juno. That also happened to be during the writer's strike, so I think the idea there was that the writers had time to think about how they would approach it. From what I understand, everyone wants to come back and do it, they just need a script.

It will be awesome if it happens, but so far I think it is still a "maybe." In other news, Fox might pick up Mitch Hurwitz's new animated series and he's already cast a lot of AD alums to do the voices.
