I finally finished watching these last night, they really left it a cliffhanger didn't they? Is there really going to be a movie to tie all that crap up?
Gob and Buster's stories really were awkward. Kind of painful to watch.

I watched this when it came out, and I have to admit, I've already completely forgotten GOB's story. I loved every bit of Buster's story though - especially when he was naked and sewing clothes for his Lucille dummy while muttering to himself. And he did some dancing too!
I'm a mere peon who shouldn't question the wisdom of almighty Netflix, but I think I prefer it when shows are portioned out to me one episode at a time. I like the whole process of watching an episode, digesting it, talking about it with my coworkers the next day, maybe re-watching it, and then waiting eagerly for the next episode. When all the episodes are dumped into my lap at once, mentally it feels like a chore I need to get through. "I've got to watch 12 HOURS of this!" And I wind up not paying as much attention or getting as much out of it.
And I think Netflix really didn't get as much watercooler mileage out of the new AD season or House of Cards as they could have. As I watched each episode of HoC, I wanted to go over to Television Without Pity to discuss it, but they only had one thread for the whole series. I didn't dare click on it and be spoilered, and I figured there wasn't much point anyway since everybody was at a different point in the series.

I feel the same way. I want to watch House of Cards and Orange is the New Black, but I'm having a hard time working up the energy for it because there are already so many hours of them to get through. Whereas if they'd been regular shows with one new episode a week, I'dve been all over them.
I like reading recaps of shows and it has annoyed me that all I can seem to find for AD are megarecaps of the entire season.
