Well, it's time to get out the anti-nausea meds and gird up our loins for tonight's CSI:Miami. Is the actual <gggack!> wedding tonight or is MAHRRRRRRRRR-eee-soohhl's brother just going to get the joyous news? <UUURP!> And I just can't wait to see the bride's white hooker gown: did anyone see it in the preview? Sleazy! Ur, um... *Screeeee!* (requisite girly wedding dress squeal)

Eric or HoCaine? I do have to say, Delko looked mighty fine in the bright pink shirt.....

While I have my complaints about the other CSIs, "Tropical Flavor" really does surge out ahead of them both as the assiest. Some of the plot devices they try to pull off would shame the worst hack soap opera writer. Maahrrr-EEE-sooohl is pathetic: her sole purpose is that of victim. We don't know ANYTHING else about her, do we? And the whole feel of the show is so glamorous, so expensive and so slick it's unreal. ("Miami Vice," anyone?) The lab (run on public funds) seems transplanted from futuristic sci-fi, the public servants who work there drive a Hummer, fercrissakes, and <big surprise> the women look like models. And... one of our heroes may be a MOLE!!! Was it so very wrong that when the mysterious vehicle appeared, the window rolled down and the gun appeared, HubNoir and I both cheered so enthusiastically that it woke up our cats?? Oh, and sarcasticcheese? HoCaine = genius!

Oh, and sarcasticcheese? HoCaine = genius! Wish I could take credit for it, but I've seen it elsewhere in this thread. I guess I'm one of the few here that actually like the Miami one. I agree with what you've said, nursenoir, but I've sorta looked past that and just enjoy the show. Vegas will always be my favorite and I'm slowly starting to get into NY, but I do enjoy Miami. David Caruso and all.

Off-topic: While Caruso is no Olivier, he isn't as bad as some say. Have you seen "Session Nine," sarcasticcheese? Vastly underrated and scary!!

Wait, so Caine is with someone named Marisol? What happened to evil lawyer lady who dissed his hot female partner/sister-in-law? Did he dump her? I am so intrigued by Miami but haven't actually sat through an episode in ages because it's so awful.
Mrs. Warrick's days are numered, I think.

I think the "marriage" storyline was the dumbest storyline ever in the history of CSI. I think the writers should be fired and forced to work on "Lost" or something. In September one of the producers said that Warrick's wife was going to be a recurring character, instead she was on one episode in one scene and hasn't been seen since. Maybe she'll get killed off and Warrick can run to Catherine....one can only hope and pray. My prayers were answered when Nick's hair went back to normal.

Interesting that no one commented on the Big Shooting. Is Brass done? Is the actor quitting/fired?
