I think Rory needs to DTMFA. I don't get what the appeal of Logan is. He's a spoiled self-centered ass. If he'd break away from his family and grow up, there might be possibilities there. Emphasis on might.

And what was wrong with Mrs. Kim's gown? It looked like a fairly traditional Korean hanbok, except that it was white. I was expecting an explosion of lace and furbelows. I can understand Lane not wanting to wear it, but it really could have been worse.

Yeah, and I don't think Lorelai was right to throw coffee on it, either. I mean, sure Lane asked her to ruin it, but... It was her mother's dress.

I can see why Lane wouldn't want to wear it, though.

Yeah, I wish that Loralei had "lost it" instead of wrecking it. Yes, it's all fiction and silly but if someone threw coffee on my wedding dress, I'd be furious.

I was glad for Emily's smackdown of Loralei. I wish this whole April thing would end soon.

I'm getting really tired of the "girls". So much passive aggression. GG used to be a great lighthearted show-funny, and dramatic, and sweet all at the same time. Now every scene is just SO ...TENSE.

Another thing: anyone else notice how similar they have made the background characters? If you think about Jess' friends, the YDN staff, Logan's friends. Just way too nerotic and smug. And not EVERYONE in the show needs to talk fast like Lorelai and Rory. Seems like lazy writing/poor character development.

But I still love Lane! Spinoff show starring Lane and the band, please!

I actually thought Jess's friends WERE Logan's friends. I had no freaking idea why we were suddenly in Philidelphia (...right? That's where they were?) and I thought it was still the Life & Death Brigade. I didn't recognize Jess at first, which didn't help.

I had no idea that Lane & Zach were going to have a 2 week engagement. That was a little odd. But the wedding was fun. I love Mrs. Kim and her wedding night advice of "If you're lucky you will only have to do it once like I did." Heh.

Lorelei on the other hand angers me. Honestly I have always hated Rory and watched for Lorelei but last night she killed me. Immature, selfish, stupid, passive aggressive, needy . . . just infuriating. Don't sit there whining because you aren't getting married when you're the one who agreed to delay the wedding and then decided not to tell anyone. Don't be all sad because you haven't met Luke's child when you never asked to meet Luke's child. And the whole inviting Christopher thing is just obnoxious and so passive aggressive against Luke because she knows how jealous he is of Chris.

But the speech, good Lord, the speech. It make me want to reach through the screen and choke her. Way to make Lane's wedding All About You Lorelie. Hate. So much hate and annoyance.

A woman of her age should have better coping skills than a tray of tequila shots. Pick up the damn phone and call Luke!

How fast will news that Lorelei was at the wedding with Chris get back to Luke? You know the shite will fly with that. I guess that will be the big season ender, they'll break up, AGAIN, and we'll have to tune in next season.

I'm just glad Loreli and Chris didn't sleep together, really thought that's where the stupid writers were going with Loreli drunk and Rory having to leave. I don't understand why he had to sleep in her room though. Plus, who was watching GiGi all night long?
