You can see a longer clip of last night's episode here. After watching that clip, I don't think there's a limit to the amount of times you can say 'Tom Cruise won't come out of the closet!' before it becomes unfunny. "What did you say to him?" "I just told him I thought Napolean Dynamite guy's a better actor than he is." "Ohhhh, boy."

Best. South Park. Ever.
How'd you like to be Bert Fields today?? Trying to explain to Tiny McClamster that satire and parody are protected, and everything else was simple truth, so no, you can't sue.
And of course the Clams can find out the names of the people who worked on the ep. The John/Jane Smith was not to HIDE identities. It was just one last slap at the clams and their litigious ways.

I haven't watched South Park since it's first season.and I'm glad I watched it tonight. Very funny! I was laughing out loud at the whole "Tom Cruise won't come out of the closet."
And I loved that they talked about everything. They just straight out said what scientology is and isn't.
The ending was perfect.

My innocent little brother was reciting lines from this earlier and only seemed to find the R Kelly parts funny. The "closet" and CTC jokes must have gone over his head!

CNN.com has a headline up right now that says, "Did South Park go too far in mocking Tom Cruise?"
Pshaw. Not far enough, I say.

Until they have a watermelon falling out of Katie Holme's shirt then I would say no, and after that I still would say no.

If they did that, I would totally start a Church of South Park. I might anyway.

I'm gonna be the odd one out and say that I thought the Tom Cruise episode was one of the weaker ones. It was funny, but they've done much, much better, even in the most recent episodes. I think my favorite celeb related episodes are Stupid Spoiled Whore and the Rob Reiner episode...oh, and of course, the Christopher Reeve episode.
