I definitely think ER has overstayed it welcome. Time to go IMO.
I also dislike World According to Jim. The few times I have seen it - I have wanted to throw something at the TV. It is rubbish.
Also the British police show The Bill which is still going 20 years on should have been given the boot years ago.

As much as I'm trying not to regurgitate ideas I stated on Other Board, I must reiterate my hatred for and desire to see C.O.P.S. bite the dust. It's badly-made, disturbing, exploitive and from what I learned at the other place, somewhat dangerous for the law enforcement officials involved to be a part of. It's also not the safest working environment for the production crews charged with putting it out. And based on its content, which I stopped finding entertaining around age twelve or so, I really don't understand why people continue to tune in.

The Simpsons - every episode now is Worst. Episode. Ever.
Everyone Hates Raymond's Guts - was that show ever amusing?
Charmed - jumped the shark long ago. Even the actors seem embarassed. Mr RedSquirrel freely admits he now only watches it for Alyssa Milano's boobage.

What I want to know is how According to Jim got on the air, let alone how it survived this long. That show is the devil.

I really do not comprehend how Summerland was renewed. That was the most boring show I've ever seen.

I believe their intent is to make it the longest running sitcom in TV history. Plus during the first major backlash against the show (the Ian Maxtone-Graham days) that one of the reasons of decline was that none of the producers that took on the reins wanted to be the one who sunk it. Hence why the Simpsons now has quite a few producer-types...if anything the only people who really appreciate it are the people who get a headstart on their careers from it, not any new appreciation that the show gets from being...well, entertaining or anything.

I'm watching Medical Investigation right now and I don't understand why it still exists. I mean, I love me some Neil McDonough, I'd love to see him find success, but there's nothing special about this series. Aside from Neil, there's nobody interesting in it. And the dialogue is really, really melodramatic.

Numbers I know it just started, but has anyone actually watched an episode? It's just brutal. The acting sucks, the stories are either incredibly predictable or just plain uninteresting. I liked the concept and wanted to like it, but just no.

I'll just go ahead and say it.....Saturday Night Live. For fucks sake, it is not funny anymore!!! 80% of the skits wouldn't pass for funny at a small town theatre's "Laff-a-Thon". Why is it still on? Even the skit actors look embarassed to be there.
PS: Off topic but Monster Zero, I bow to your Daft Punk icon!!! They rock!!!!

Thanks! And I back SNL as it's getting really bad. It's sad that such a pioneer in lampooning culture has now become what it used to mock. Does it really need to be live anymore? MadTV's audience is still as excited as it usually is even through everything is prerecorded plus they can do some more advanced stuff.
Plus MadTV isn't afraid to take on celebrities and have opinions about them that aren't widespread to the rest of the nation unlike SNL who has to be afraid as they rely too much on their guest stars and the like. It's over, give it up.
