Scrubs isn't the edgiest, wittiest, hippest comedy ever. At best, it's average. No funnier than Friends at the midpoint of its run. ::tiny voice:: Don't cut me.
Edited because Smilla ate Stupid Flakes this morning and forgot how to spell.

I agree with Scrubs, I don't see why it's so popular.

I don't understand the love for Medium. I suffered through an episode the other night and ugh! Patricia Arquette grates.

Okay, time to admit it: I have absolutely no desire to watch Desperate Housewives. I can't say whether I think it's good or not, because I've never seen an episode thanks to my non-interest. I think, also, the rampant love-fest for the show that's going on everywhere I turn has steered me farther away from it.

I am right there with you, January. I watched two episodes and went: and your point is? Don't love it. Don't eeeeven like it. My prediction is actually that it tanks mid-way through season two, but suffers on through a miserable third season and is then deep-sixed. Its premise simply doesn't seem like the most durable in the world to me.

Add me to the list of people who just don't care about Desperate Housewives. I've seen it once, and I just don't care.
Now everyone is all hopped-up on it the way they were about Sex and the City. This was, in fact, a show I had some level of hatred for. It had moments I liked, but on the whole, I just wasn't impressed.
Onto a completely different opinion, I must be the only person on the planet who thought the BtVS episode "Hush" was just a bad b-movie written for TV. The one thing that gave it some grace was that it was less than an hour long, so it didn't have time to cater to the conventions of a normal horror movie.
And, I'm going to say this for the millionth time, although, not necessarily to you folks, but if House continues with the whole "Dr. Cameron likes Dr. House" storyline, I'm going to write off Fox for all but Arrested Development. It kind of reminds me of a little show called Boston Public, which was stellar in its first season, then gave way to over-the-top story lines and stunt casting. I'm seeing that sort of thing for House, but with an extra Ross-and-Rachel element to it. Which sucks, but proves to me that Fox, save for the rare golden comedy (Arrested Development) has no balls whatsoever.

Family Guy sucks! FG just is a cheap string of scatological punch lines, Simpson rip-offs, 80's TV refference and cut aways that destroy whatever momentum the show could have.

I have never laughed at that show, and everyone I know telling me I "Just don't get it!" hasn't helped, either. I also never fell for BTVS. I must admit part of my dislike was initially because of the character Willow (that's MY name, and I hate sharing it), and I hated hearing about it nonstop when the show 1st came out ("Your name's Willow? Like on Buffy? Do you watch Buffy? I love Buffy! Willow is my fave character! Blah blah blah Buffy Buffy Buffy!? ") I eventually tried to give it a fair shot, and thought it was a big yawner.

Count me in as another Family Guy hater. And I mean haaaaaater, y'all. There are some nasty misogynistic undertones plaguing that sucker. Probably one of the reasons it's so popular.

I, too, have never had a desire to watch Desperate Housewives. Also, I did not like SATC.
