Family Guy sucks! FG just is a cheap string of scatological punch lines, Simpson rip-offs, 80's TV refference and cut aways that destroy whatever momentum the show could have. Oh, I agree so much with that. That show sucks! It's crosses the thin line between slapstick funny and just plain annoying. Simpsons is slipping in ratings, and I am so glad that it is. I am the biggest Simpsons fan, believe it or not, but the last 4 seasons were painfully bad. I want it to end so badly, but people still think it is one of the best shows on TV ever. Not interested in any way about American Idol. I have watched episodes but I am never compelled to watch it until the end. I just don't get the appeal for that show. Same with Survivor, and just about every other reality series except probably Amazing Race. Speaking of Amazing race, I haaaate Rob and Amber, even though they are the most popular and loved on this season.

I have a million, but I'll just stick to this one: According to Jim is funny, and I rather enjoy watching it.

Electric Mayhem, I think you win. What, I don't know but...dang!
I keed, I keed.
I can't get into Arrested Development as much as the diehard fans seem to able to. Curb Your Enthusiasm, never did much for me either. Intellectually, I understand how they're funny and yet...nothing, or at least, not much of something.

I'm not quite sure how popular it was in the US (probably not enough to keep it afloat) but I really enjoyed watching Freaks & Geeks.
Also I can't see the humour in Scrubs. Its very plain and bland television.
Also I can't stand any Reality TV shows especially where fat people need to loose weight, bachelor/ettes needs to get married, people travel around the globe, eat stomach turning stuff, jump of buildings in skimpy clothing etc.
Also I can't stand shows like CSI in whatever city I am and all its clones plus The X-files was just plain awful.
But I admit to be one of the biggest fans of Married with Children. Doesn't matter how many re-runs I'll be watching it.

Freaks and Geeks was one of the best shows EVER. Seriously. My love for it knows no bounds.
I'm also embarrassed to admit that I like Drake and Josh. Yes, I know. There's nothing particularly redeeming about it. I just can't stop watching it, once it's on. My 6 year old likes it, too, so it's on at least once a day. I have an "old enough to be his way older sister" crush on Drake. Plus, I loved Josh Peck in Mean Creek. He reminds me of a young Chris Farley. His physical humor is fantastic.

You can also add The Apprentice to this list. Baseballgirl, you're not alone. I refuse to watch these types of reality shows because I feel they deprive real actors/writers/directors of jobs where they make good television. You know, shows that have good acting/writing/directing. Yes, I'm an actor/writer, why do you ask? {gets off soapbox}
I've also never seen any of BtVS, and I like watching political conventions.

Aah, my people!
I watched half an episode of Desperate Housewives and then changed the channel.
They don't seem desperate, so much as stupid. Plus, I cannot STAND Teri Hatcher.
And I think I'm the only person in North American who still likes NCIS.

Ah! A place to vent and rant! Here goes!
It may be unfair to judge from having seen about ten minutes of it, but the British comedy series Little Britain is not the funniest thing on television. In fact, what I saw of it wasn't even that good.
Also, Buffy the Vampire Slayer? Not the greatest show ever. Frequently, not even that great. At it's best - fun and enjoyable vampire slayage, with some quite poignant character moments. At it's worst (which was frequent) - melodramatic, over-the-top, angst-ridden rubbish. And the Buffy / Angel relationship? Yes, dears, we know the girl's a slayer and the boy's a vampire and that they can never be together. Thanks for pounding it in over three (perhaps longer) years with the subtlety of an explosion in a Jerry Bruckheimer movie. God, they even used violins...
Law and Order: Criminal Intent is better than the original Law and Order (these days, anyway - nothing against the original flavour, but fifteen years of 'crime committed - cops investigate - guy arrested - D.A's prosecute - conviction / acquittal depending on the point being driven home' plot structures get a bit tiring after a while. Back in the day, however, nothing beats original flavour).
Futurama is superior to The Simpsons in almost every way.

Don't get the Desperate Housewives hype at all, the only two with any substantial and lasting talent are Huffman and Cross. I hate that they're taking the cheap way out and submitting as a comedy instead of a drama, robbing shows that are strictly comedy from slots during awards season. I hate that I live in a world where Jessica Walter, Zach Braff, John C McGinley, Topher Grace and Portia de Rossi get no love for their work but Teri Hatcher wins award after award for falling down and running around naked.
I could never get the appeal of BtVS or Angel.
Hugely unpopular but I enjoy Emily Procter to the point where I suffer through CSIM to watch her. I can't explain my enjoyment other than that I have a ton of leftover love for her from TWW and Breast Men. I loved Ainsley. She/Ainsley was 1000x's more entertaining to watch with more believable story than say Donna/JM. And her chemistry with Rob Lowe was significantly stronger and more consistent than Josh/Donna's ever was/is, which might end up with me getting some hate mail b/c some of the J/D fans scare me.
Grey's Anatomy bores me.
This is really unpopular but Bradley Whitford of TWW is not the greatest actor to ever live. In fact I find the adoration of his work odd. Outside of Noel he's never impressed me much because his character Josh Lyman is just a mish-mash of every yuppie, arrogant, overeducated emotionally cripple, jackass character he's ever played during his career right down to the nonverbal cues he uses in his scenes, only with better dialogue.
I despise the idea of Josh/Donna on TWW. At first I was indifferent and never really saw what all of their shippy fans saw now I hate. If after eight years together they can't summon up enough energy to even admit they're attracted to each other it's time to move on and stop wasting airtime and story on them. Another unpopular opinion: How Janel Moloney got a contract as a main character doesn't compute with me. It's severely distracted from the believability of the show with all the ridiculous storylines required to keep her front and center. And she's not an interesting actress to watch at all. Her presence and personality are often non-existent and her delivery flat.
Why is Will and Grace still on the air?
