I watched every season of Becker and I enjoyed it. And I am under 35. I think I represented the .00001 percent of the demographic audience that was under 60.

I like Still Standing. I love Taylor Ball (he reminds me of a young Sean Astin), and the fact that his character is a geek but not portrayed as a stereotypical glasses-and-pocket-protector geek). I love that Jamie Gertz is portrayed as a capable woman, and not just another pretty face who married some worthless slob so she could stay at home and work on her pottery wheel. I love that the father is afraid of spiders. I love that they're not afraid to show a family that isn't filled w/ milk and cookies, straight out of Betty Crocker's kitchen (like Roseanne was).

I think Desperate Housewives has already peaked. Worse, I hate character of Bree. There, I said it. She's ignorant and holier-than-thou, and I don't find her clever or witty. She bugs.
I never thought Friends or Fraiser was funny at all.
Also, I like Canadian Idol. I know it's a rip-off of a rip-off but I still enjoy it. It's fun and cheeseball. American Idol is lame though, because of the famewhore judges who think the show is all about them.

I think Grey's Anatomy sucks. I heard such good things about it but when I watched it at a friend's house I was stunned at how fucking lame it was. I don't find old school SNL funny at all, either. I just don't get it, and the only excuse I can think of is that I was born in the late 80s. But still. Not funny! I love Grey's Anatomy, but I know not everyone can be fan so I forgive you, bobblehead. Just kidding! Like you need my approval. I like the mid to late 90s SNL. The really early stuff bores the hell outta me!

I never got the appeal of 24. So this Bauer guy runs around for exactly a full day and defeats things that are too dangerous for the mere mortal? It screams gimmick too much that it really interferes with the drama.
I'm already over the 'Rick James, bitch' episode. It was funny the first three times but after that it becomes an overly silly E!THS.

I don't get the appeal of 24 either. I rented the first season DVD and was so bored I returned it halfway through the season.

Cheers was not funny. Ted Danson played a misogynistic, cheating, lying scumbag with a huuuuuge ego, Shelley Long played a whining, snotty cow with a superiority complex, and Kirstie Alley was 'Diane version 2 - now with bigger hair!'. And don't even get me started on the other characters.
Oh, and the 'boys' in Bonanza needed to get married and move out about ten seasons before the show ended. That's assuming they'd find any woman stupid enough to stick around for them. I don't blame Pernell Roberts for riding off into the sunset after season 6; he knew Pa would never let them go.
I'll show myself out.
