Sad how SNL has been so good this season because our government is in shambles.

Kate's portrayal was devastating. Grotesque and accurate.

Aidy Bryant saying "then queue it up, bitch" in the 'A Kanye Place' sketch, Donald Glover's defense lawyer character enthusiastically pouring himself a glass of water, and Raz P Berry dancing out of the bar at the end, were the laugh out loud moments for me. Also, the David Lynchian weirdness of the Barbie sketch.

I was very underwhelmed by this ep. I only laughed at the court sketch, Barbie sketch, and Weekend Update. I feel like I am the only one who didn’t care for it.

I missed the SNL Holiday Special the other night (Mr. d DVR'd it, thank goodness--I'll see it later), but the primetime rerun last night was the Justin Timberlake Christmas show from a few years back.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Dick In A Box will never, ever not be funny.

I remember watching that when it originally aired, I was IMing with a friend who was also watching it and we were both like oh my God what are they doing this is hilarious!!!!! JT’s bits with Andy Samberg and the rest of The Lonely Island are the best things he’s ever done.

I avoided Dick in a Box for years because I thought it was a Justin Timberlake thing only and I can't stand him, but after becoming an Andy Samberg fan through Brooklyn 99, I finally watched it only last year. Classic.

This most recent episode was pretty good. The cold open parody of It's a Wonderful Life with Trump seeing his world if he'd never been president must have hit too close to home. So many corrupt crooks (including himself) who would have continued to fly under the radar had he not entered the national stage are being ruined. One can only hope the Trump family is next and that we don't all go down in flames before that happens!

I've soured on Matt Damon in recent years, but he did a pretty good job as host and the writing was decent.

Miley Cyrus' desperate attempt to create a live tv nip slip was foiled by extraordinarily strong boob tape, but A for effort, I guess. I can honestly say that's the first time I've ever seen a track jacket worn over nothing...

Anyone else have picks not listed? Top 10 SNL sketches of 2018. I know the Matt Damon/Brett Kavanaugh was pretty popular and it didn't make the list.

Count me in on those who did not know Weezer was still together until the cover of "Africa" was released.
